Great service, very helpful staff.

Have stayed here many times over the years, for both business and pleasure. Accommodations consistently good. My most recent visit was on short notice due to a death in the family. When we checked in, Dmytro at the front desk went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. My wife and I really appreciated his attitude and his assistance.

Rooms in poor condition

Upon arriving at 3:00 for check-in we were told our rooms had not been clean and we had to wait until 6:00 pm. One of the rooms had wet carpet in half of the room with mold growing on the carpet. The manager was told and did nothing until I had him come to the room on the second day of our stay. After he saw all the mold he immediately switched us to another room but on another floor away from our family in our second room. Our second room had the shower head come completely out of the wall. No coffee cups were available when making coffee in the morning but that we could live with but not the mold. The manager said he would make sure we were given 25,000 points toward our IHG account. I did not see this when I looked it up 2 days later. The staff was very nice but just the rooms were not healthy living. They should never book a room with half the room in wet carpet with visible mold everywhere. Room #839.
