Horrible Horrible Horrible

I can honestly say this was the worst experience I have EVER had in a hotel. From the moment I attempted to check in, I was lied to by the valet/bellhop that no valet was available yet the front desk said of course we have valet and bellhop service. Front desk had my room request wrong and I was told sorry we are overbooked. The elevator wait was over 18 minutes to get to our room. The shower was barely luke warm, the air did not work which was a nightmare with girls needing theatrical makeup done and the towels were stained. The dancers had a 30 minuite dinner break yet the bartender overlooked them for 20 minutes for a soda because he said he had to wait on his adult patrons first. What??? We got back to our room exhausted and attempted to rent a movie and order room service after looking at the inroom hotel info book. The front desk told us that the inroom information book had been wrong for several months as they have not had late night room service nor inroom movie rental for months. The ice machine was out on the majority of floors as well. The front desk staff was rude but probably due to their frustration and embarassment of their hotel.

It was a delight to stay where I actually felt like the staff cared about my comfort and assisting me when I truly needed help. The room was clean, neat and comfortable!

Good food and lovely decor

The front desk staff were very professional. The hotel banquet manager was helpful in getting information about the conference that I was supposed to attend.
The room; less than stellar for this property. No towels, aroma therapy and could have been a little cleaner.

Aweful customer service

It took 45 min to check in and the valet guy said they only had 2 people working so I had to end up taking all my luggage myself. Then get to room and it was not ready. Housekeeping was still cleaning. Then our air was not working and we had to call 4 times and then 8 hours later my husband had to go find a manager and physically go with him to our room to get it fixed. I asked for the manager to call me his name was tony and he never did. Will never stay here again.
