Hidden Treasure

Our trip to Atlanta was to pick our grandson up and bring him home for Christmas. His dad is in the hospital with leukemia and will be in there until January some time. We just needed a place to spend the night to rest before traveling back home. It was a great surprise to see such a wonderful atrium area and walking path outside. After driving 7 hours to get there it was wonderful to get to walk the path and see the beautiful waterfalls and walking bridges. Such a wonderful hidden treasure in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the big city.

Beautiful property lacking in service

Just came home from a 5-night stay and I cannot really recommend this hotel. Yes the property is beautiful and the location is convenient however the staff is not organized, polite, knowledgeable or even in uniform! I was not recognized as an IHG Rewards member, it them 3 hours to get me a remote, 45 minutes to call a shuttle and the staff couldn't even tell me where the Ravinia Buildings were located. They did not give me the IHG Training rate that everyone else in my group got, nor did they give me my breakfast vouchers or tell me where anything on property was. A smile and an apology would have gone a long way and I'm still waiting to get my money back from the incorrect rate ($70).
