Nice place, poor service

The hotel was nice. The only problem I had was the customer service. They were friendly at the front desk and helpful with check-in. However, it took four phone calls and several hours to get a crib sent to the room. We even called ahead of time and they said they would provide one. Breakfast buffet was extremely expensive. Staff seemed bothered when asked for help. I'd imagine I just caught certain members of the staff on a bad day, but not that friendly.

Very nice hotel

Checking in was great the guy was on point on everything. Room was nice except for bathroom, the tub had mold and the ceiling was pilling off. The only major issue I had was checking out. The front desk lady made no eye contact, no smile, she didn't ask how was my stay she just had a nasty attitude. I watch her when I check in and she was the same way I'm glad she didn't check me in cause I would of just took my money else where.

Another World within the City

I absolutely love this property. The design is visually appealing and the staff in my experience is outstanding. It is by far one of my favorite IHG properties and I would highly recommend it to anyone. It is suitable for whatever type of stay you're looking for whether it's adventures in the city, a romantic get-away, family weekend, business or business/leisure mix, strictly entertainment... Whatever the reason, this property and location can handle it.

There are a variety of booking options and amenities which help you tailor your stay to your needs. Beyond that, once you arrive the staff takes more steps to see if there is anything additional they can do to better customize your stay to your needs.

Poor quality on cleanliness

I was shocked to find that a hotel with this magnitude lacked severe sanitation. When arriving to my room I immediateky realized the towels in the bathroom were still wet and stainned, which made me realized it must have been reused from the prior clients. I through the ones with the stains on the floor, and used the last one on the bottom. The next day after room service "supposedly" cleaned my room, I looked at the towels again, and they literally folded all the old towels I already used and threw on the floor plus the ones that were stainned from the precious clients. I was just so grossed out. Also as I was taking a shower the shower itself was filthy and the soap holders in the shower were still slimy from soap from the previous clients so I know it was not cleaned at all. Also when I sat on the purple chaise, I adjusted a pillow on there and found some glasses that the previous client left behind so that also tells me that, the furniture wasn't wiped down or cleaned off! The bed sheets were so overwhelming with bleach scent I count even sleep both nights, because it was such a string scent.

It wasn't a good experience at all. I was in room 602 just this past wed thru Friday

I won't be referring your hotel ever .
