Great Atmosphere, Clean

Great stay with clean rooms and great atmosphere in and around the hotel.
Our fridge did not work properly but the staff said they would address the issue.

Overall the experience was good. Just don't expect to have dirty towels when you are checking in a "clean" room. Very disappointed with that aspect of room.

Outdoor gardens and grounds excellent

Beautiful outdoor grounds have walkways, gardens, small lake. Foyer area beautiful with plants. Room was roomy and nice. Location great - across from shopping mall.

Great stay with a few improvements needed

I can tell they have a new gm. Staff was accommodating got us a great upgrade to club floor and extended our stay with ease. Though the hotel was booked.

Nicole in the executive lounge was excellent she is a true gem and we could not believe she had only been there a month. The morning person on Saturday and Sunday was very unfriendly and seemed annoyed by questions about food.

The shuttle driver argued over the radius of the shuttle. We went well within their radius and he was not polite. And he was not busy to boot.

This is a great hotel though they do place an incidental hold on credit cards. But all in all is a great choice. Though we were saddened to leave on Sunday as the rate doubled and the hotel was empty. I think they should reconsider this policy for longer stays.

But the room was exceptional and Nicole was amazing just wish she worked breakfast.
