Horrible hotel

I didn't have hot water for 2 nights then finally got my room moved. The valet is absolutely horrible. Unorganized and not enough employees. The overall staff are not trained well in customer service. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not allowed to unload luggage at lobby unless valet and parking was two blocks away. Room was outdated with pulls in the carpet and the balcony door handle came off in our hands. I will say the front desk clerk was extremely nice and pleasant and the bed was comfortable. Other than that, is was a simply average overnight stay.

Had arrangements for my first anniversary for some things to be in the room and they never showed up. Still held money from my account for a week. Won't stay there again.

Overall Stay

The hotel overall was great and the only complaint I would possibly have is about the continual sirens of fire trucks and ambulances. Being downtown, the sirens echo throughout the city!
