When does the property rehab begin?

Joined other parents with our kids, members of a college swim team to stay at this hotel for a 4-day swim meet. by the 4th night, I wanted to leave Atlanta - because of this hotel!!! 1]Signage around hotel said that rehab will begin, i.e. "exercise room in Aug, 2014". They installed a new exercise room on 2/28 - 5 months late? 2] Lobby area bar was understaffed - 1 bartender person - the wait was so long to make an order, I gave up on two different nights. 3.] gift shop on lobby area - clerk only accepted cash, no linkage to room billing system, so I gave up. Also, it was filled with junk and the clerk was so tired she could hardly talk. 4] sleeping was terrible - windows are only single pane and the traffic sound was horrible - on side of hotel facing north to downtown, woke up several times every night 5] mattresses were lousy, 6] breakfast restaurant buffet at $16 was too high, so none of the parents visited it once and we were at hotel for 4 nights!. 7] parking costs were poorly communicated - sometimes I was charged, other times not. 8] my toilet stopped up twice, 8] value of room costs vs. competition is non-existent. 9] the entire hotel lobby, elevators, hallways and rooms looked terribly worn out - when will the rehab begin? 10] tv was poor quality - worn out - picture was too dark, how old are the tv monitors?

If the team and other parents were not at this hotel, would not have stayed more than first night of the 4 we were there. I am confident the coach will not return with them in future, along with any parent in our group. SHOULD HAVE GONE TO OTHER HOTELS WHERE I HAVE ENJOYED CONSISTENTLY BETTER SERVICE & AMENITIES (FOR COMPARABLE COSTS) IN PAST. VALUE FOR THIS STAY WAS NON-EXISTENT!!!!

It was a pleasure staying at the hotel due to the excellent service the staff provided. I am handicapped and needed a wheelchair. The hotel had one on site, and provided me with it for my overnight stay. Any time I needed to leave my room, I could call the front desk and they would send someone to my room to take me anywhere I needed to go in the hotel. Thank you Abdul. The food was excellent in the bar area and they went out of their way to accommodate my disability. I travel to Atlanta every three months and will be staying at this hotel on all future visits. I would like to thank all of the staff I came in contact with and appreciate their hospitality and professionalism.

2 star hotel

This is no better than a 2 star hotel, dusty and musty smell, old beds, and poor expensive food. Drinks in the bar were also over priced, the keys did not work in our door ever for the 3 night stay. We had issues getting hot water for the shower, staff told us it was that way for all the upper floors. We just had to run the water for 20 minutes, before showering.
