Pleasant Stay

Staff friendly, great deal on room, easy access to surrounding attractions. Only negative was the parking arrangements.

Okay room, for the price

My GPS was lost trying to find the hotel and parking was somewhat inconvenient. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, but the place was a little outdated in the rooms and had some maintenance issues (no hot water in the sink, over-agressive retractor on the iron so that I could not properly iron my shirt without the cord retracting and pulling the iron). Ok place given the location. Not necessarily what you might think of when it comes to "Crowne Plaza"....

The Staff and hotel were very helpful and courteous with my accommodations. I was not too impressed with the Valet due to their disallowance to check in at the front desk without leaving my vehicle keys. Otherwise, the restaurant and amenities were great and I would stay here in the future. The low rating is mainly due to the first impression with the Valet service.
