Served the purpose!

I only needed to stay one night and it was close to the venue so it served the purpose! With that said I will say that I am an avid traveler and this Crowne Plaza is no Representative of what I expected from this hotel chain.
- Dingy sofa
-$15 parking at another building
- Bathroom not adequately supplied
- Expensive for no fridge
-Waited 20 minutes for bag assistance that didn't show up

Would pay more to stay somewhere else next time unless they improve. I hope this is not the new Crowne stsndard...

The perfect bed wouldn't left me go and enjoy the perfect view

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was perfect. The view was great but the bed was absolute perfection. Got a perfect night's sleep. Almost missed the event that I was there for.

Needs some attention

This was my first stay at this hotel and think it will be the last. Room was in need of some attention....soiled shower curtain...frayed carpet...mildew on shower wall...broken light fixture. Had on person checking people into the hotel with a LONG line....Checking out was no better...My reservation was for one bill was $100 higher...good thing I checked...
