Hi,
I spent three nights at the Crowne Plaza Auckland last week. On the whole, the stay was pleasant, but I was less than impressed with the parking facilities. The parking had to be done in an adjacent public multi-storey carpark which is narrow and congested.
I will recommend the hotel look into providing valet services for its guests who need parking, so as to alleviate this undue stress element from their stay.

Tool a reminder to front desk to ensure the enwspaper arrived. One day it didn't and had to clal then it arrive din 10 mnutes, so good.
Ordered rooms ervcie oe night and after and 45 minutes (as they said) it did not arrive. Called and they said didn't have an order! then took 15 minuets to arrive. offered a free wine for error, so that was good. should have been suspecious as the first preson who took the order did not ask for room number or name.
two events dampended a great stay. room was great.
first time usd the gym so great.

The 4 nights we stayed in your hotel were a pleasure from start to finish . The happy hour at 5.30 pm and complimentary breakfast were much appreciated and were well presented and organised by your staff . The staff members where ever we met them were always very helpful and courteous .

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the only thing is I am not a big fan of the shower over the bath, much prefer a seperate shower, staff are professional and friendly and the breakfast menu is wonderful, short walking distance to sky tower if you like to jump off buildings and close to the shop as well as the port. Well worth the stay, it is our second stay with Crown Plaza Auckland and would recommend them to all my friends.

I stayed in the Crowne Plaza two weeks ago and it is a place where the customers and their needs are taking care of. I had a couple of bumps during my stay but everything was taken care quickly and efficiently. I recommend staying in the Club Floors and the rooms are bigger and very nice. For one night I decided to stay in an executive suite and it is a beautiful two level apartment overlooking the city. I also recommend the breakfast in the room. The gym is not equipped with the latest machines but everything is vey functional. All in all an excellent experience.

arrived at hotel with two separate bookings for myself and wife during our tour of New Zealand ,staying for 3 days. Nothing was too much trouble for reception staff who combined the bookings to allow us to remain in same room over the 3 days. We accessed club room while in Hotel and again we were made welcome . Overall excellent staff service.

The girls in the reception/concierge area were lovely to deal with, extremely helpful and friendly. Really made us feel welcome.
