Cynthia at check in was efficient and very pleasant. My room was ready on the Executive level early. I appreciated that. The evening cocktails and food was excellent. The young lady hosting was sweet and very accommodating. Wanda at breakfast was a joy as usual. My experience in the bar and restaurant was great. Loved the before bed scents.

As a Platinum member, I felt insignificant for the very first time. My negative experience was dealing with a credit card authorization form. I was attempting to have someone stay in a room under my account. After 7 calls, a fax that would not work, and people who kept putting me on hold and completely forgetting about me, I had enough.It also didn't help that in all my frustration, employees were arguing with each other. This is a beautiful property that was not living up to IHG standards on that day. I might give this property another chance, but I will think long and hard about it.
