I recently spent a week in Bangalore and stayed at this hotel. I was very pleased with this hotel from the moment I stepped inside. The staff was very courteous, professional, and helpful and made me feel most welcome. The room I had was wonderful as well and very comfortable and quiet. The restaurants have great food and service as well. This was my first visit to India and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. I think you will be quite pleased!!!

One of the best hotels I have stayed in in India. The staff are great, especially Malik and his team in the Terminus bar. Food is outstanding in all the restaurants and in the Terminus bar. The gym is well equipped and the pool is clean and very relaxing, the only draw back being the swim up bar, it was not open during my stay. That said I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. A very comfortable stay, please keep up the good work. Hope to stay again soon.

Not happy at all.
Booked my stay online requesting a king-size bed and a non-smoking room.
I arrived late at night and just wanted to get some sleep. Instead of the check-in staff informing me that the room was actually a twin room they just handed me the key with a smile and obviously hoped I would be someone who would not mind that the room was not what I booked.
Well not only was it not the room I booked.....it also had a strong odour of cigarette smoke.
I immediately picked up the phone to talk to reception and asked them to change my room. They said they would try "tomorrow". I told them that this was unacceptable and that they needed to find a room immediately. A guest relations lady then called me and explained that it was a non smoking room that I was in as if she was questioning the fact that the room smelt of smoke. I then asked her to come and experience the room smell for herself which she did not. After waiting for some time another room was found. This room has not been upgraded in some time but at least did not smell of smoke.
I feel that I was treated in a most shabby manner. I did not have the time to follow up with the hotel due to work commitments. It was only when I checked-out and was heading to the taxi that was taking me to the airport did I get an apology from the lobby manager.
I should have received some kind of concession at the very least for the way I was treated.
I am most upset by this experience.

I have rarely taken the time to write a review for my hotel stays, but I wanted to share my amazing service experience at the Crowne Plaza in Bangalore. Though I have been fortunate to travel across the world, I have never had such attentive service as I experienced at the Crowne Plaza in the Fall and again this Spring. The guest relations manager, Renuka, was incredibly attuned to my every need, and was there to greet me at the end of each day with her warm smile and personality. On my second visit, she made sure that I felt welcomed back to the hotel and was extremely diligent in making sure my stay was nothing but perfect.
Because of her service, I convinced several of my colleagues to join me in Bangalore in staying at the Crowne Plaza, and I shall be sure to share the same with others. The hotel should be proud of Renuka and the service she delivers, as she represents what hospitality truly should mean!!

I wasn't in the room much, thankfully, but when I was I had to deal with very poor Internet speed, so work was painful.
When I tried to have a shower using the overhead shower head, there didn't seem to be much water and when I looked up, it was because most of it was leaking across the ceiling of the bathroom rather than through the shower.
Bed was good, room was ok. Shame about the bathroom really which was looking and feeling a bit tired, with broken toilet roll holder and the aforementioned shower.

I had such a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza, I cannot recommend it highy enough. My work brought me to Bengaluru for an extended duration. The hotel itself is beautiful but the highlight has to be the wonderful staff throughout - from the friendly front desk, concierge and guest relations teams to the restaurant, gym and of course club lounge team. My every need was met and exceeded at the CP.
A special mention must go to Krystal and the lounge team who looked after me daily in the beautiful business lounge, Kalim in the gym who helped with my workouts, Renuka, Vineet, Roshan, Rasikh - to name but a few. This was my second stay at this hotel and the service and standards were exceptionally high on both occasions. I hope I get the opportunity to return to Bangalore again in the future and the Crowne Plaza will be my first choice.

we had stayed on 2 different occasions, but had a bad experieince in terms of service. Location being important and guests have no other options for accessing Electornic city, hotel staff takes it as granted in terms of customer service. compared to other crowne plaza around the world, this hotel is well below par in terms of service. they need to seriously look into tjhis aspect before guests like us will opt for other hotels which can offer better service.
\internet fees are too high. the duration charged should be on usauge rather than on 1 hour basis.
concerige staff intefere guests while they move around asking them which room they belong and visiting guests are asked how much time they willl spend. this is very disappointing and endangers privacy of guests.
hope management llook into these issues and take proper action before guests have a choice in electronic city!!
Its sad to be consider that it belongs to crowne plaza / priority club chain of hotels, with this kind of service.

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza for 2 weeks with my partner and had a fantastic time from the moment we arrived, we were picked up by Suresh who was polite helpful and very informative.
We arrived at the hotel to a very warm welcome, the hotel is well designed and presented beautifully, the bedroom was large with everything you would need and it was kept spotlessly clean duing our stay.
The food was devine in all resturants with ample choice and all the staff are happy to expain anything to you that your not sure of.
We would also like to make a special thank you to Santhosha for taking us to Mysore we would not have had such a great day without him it was amazing.
All the staff were great, helpful, effcient and a credit to their manager.
We would definetly recommend this hotel to anyone its world class
