Friday Night 11/7 Bartender


November 13, 2014

Everything about the hotel was great except the bartender on Friday night. She was rude, slow and argumentative. She took my card, charged it, then minutes later delivered the drinks to my bar stool. Other than her, the hotel is great. However, I will not book again until it is confirmed that this bartender is no longer employed by Crowne Plaza.

I did not get her name but she was african american and was working at approximately 10:45pm Friday night (11/7).

The property management is pathetic. Very unorganized, mismanaged, lacking leadership. The staff’s internal communications was nonexistence. It was under staffed and service was slow.

Room service lady who answered the phone VERY rude and crude.

Housekeepers and Josh the night desk clerk was GREAT.
