Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by please improve doorman's service I am very happy with almost every aspect of your hotel and enjoyed the most part, except for an un-matching doorman's service. I stayed for two nights and each morning there was different arrangements to get the taxis. One time I was given a number and waited in a line. The next day i was told there's no such thing as a number system. I was told to wait inside the lobby and i would be notified when there's a cab. It never happened. Twenty minutes later when I came out. The previous doorman was gone and the replacement was clueless that I was waiting inside. And there was a number system all of a sudden. I was lucky enough to grab a cab before running late for my appointment that day. Traffic in BJ is bad. It'd be nice if there's a system in place and better trainings for the service people. There would be no other concerns if this area is imrpoved February 24, 2014
