It's too dark and a bit horrible when I walk outside the room.
(not meaning it's not safe, just the feeling is not comfortable)
May be the design is a bit strange, have many corners.

I must say this is one of my most favorite crown plaza hotel, I really enjoy the time during my stay at here. Room is big and every detail is in order make me feel relax and refreshing, a really good experience.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I stayed in the same hotel in Oct 2012 and again in Oct 2013. I found the service in the bar and in the restaurants to be significantly lower in 2013. In the bar we waited a 1/2 hour for service multiple times, many times at breakfast we made our own coffee at the machine because the staff was too busy, we also tried to visit the Mix's restaurant one evening at 7:00 PM only to find it closed. The front desk and the valet service was still very good.

My room had problems maintaining a cool environment and when they were unable to repair the AC unit, the staff kindly and quickly moved me to a new room.

I highly appreciated the service offered in the Executive Club. The team was very helpful and friendly. Warm welcome in the morning and support throughout the day made my stay a pleasant experience.
The gym and pool area is inviting and the team there very attentive. A perfect place to workout which sums to a perfect stay.
I surely will select this hotel again during my next trip to BeiJing.

The rooms are fairly nice. The front desk staff were not very helpful but the concierge staff were just wonderful. A request was made for two cribs when we made our original reservation. We also followed up with a reminder 10-14 days prior to our stay but were very disappointed to find out that they had none when we checked in. The front desk staff at first acted like it was our problem and didn't seem to care. After we showed them proof of the confirmation and the notes that were added to the reservation, they apologized for the mistakebut did nothing to try to assist us in any way. They finally had a manager speak to us about the mistake. He too wasn't helpful at first and only after realizing how upset we were with the whole situation and the possibility of us going to another hotel did he finally try to assist in some way.
