1. There were two of us, but Room Service said there was only one buckwheat pillow. So one of us slept without buckwheat pillow and didn't sleep well. (I understand that rooms might be full occupancy, but we were in the executive floor, so shouldn't the hotel prepare some extra pillows for the executive floor guests?#
2. We were given two Welcome Drink coupons and went to the Lounge to take our drinks. I understand the Lounge was full of other guests and there were only one waitress to serve the guests, but shouldn't people from the other departments #such as the Assistant Manager, whose table is near the Lounge and can see what is going on) help the waitress? The Assistant Manager was on phone talking and talking and talking, and although she saw us looking for people to help us, she didn't bother hang up the phone. It was not until we went to the Concierge to see if "anyone can help us" , then the Concierge staff walked to the still-on-phone Assistant Manager that guests need her help, then she hanged up the phone. And later come to help us.

Very happy to stay this hotel for several times, and nice to join in the hotel executive lounge on 20th floor, here is a great place to relax for business man, music, coffee, tea, nice service from staff here all are good to me. And need to thank Anniej (executive lounge waitress) for her great job here, she always provide thoughtful and friendly service to my colleagues and me, be patient to help us to deal some cases about print, checking local infor and so on, and keep following our requirements in time. Will stay this hotel next time again.

It's too dark and a bit horrible when I walk outside the room.
(not meaning it's not safe, just the feeling is not comfortable)
May be the design is a bit strange, have many corners.

I must say this is one of my most favorite crown plaza hotel, I really enjoy the time during my stay at here. Room is big and every detail is in order make me feel relax and refreshing, a really good experience.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I stayed in the same hotel in Oct 2012 and again in Oct 2013. I found the service in the bar and in the restaurants to be significantly lower in 2013. In the bar we waited a 1/2 hour for service multiple times, many times at breakfast we made our own coffee at the machine because the staff was too busy, we also tried to visit the Mix's restaurant one evening at 7:00 PM only to find it closed. The front desk and the valet service was still very good.

My room had problems maintaining a cool environment and when they were unable to repair the AC unit, the staff kindly and quickly moved me to a new room.

I highly appreciated the service offered in the Executive Club. The team was very helpful and friendly. Warm welcome in the morning and support throughout the day made my stay a pleasant experience.
The gym and pool area is inviting and the team there very attentive. A perfect place to workout which sums to a perfect stay.
I surely will select this hotel again during my next trip to BeiJing.

The rooms are fairly nice. The front desk staff were not very helpful but the concierge staff were just wonderful. A request was made for two cribs when we made our original reservation. We also followed up with a reminder 10-14 days prior to our stay but were very disappointed to find out that they had none when we checked in. The front desk staff at first acted like it was our problem and didn't seem to care. After we showed them proof of the confirmation and the notes that were added to the reservation, they apologized for the mistakebut did nothing to try to assist us in any way. They finally had a manager speak to us about the mistake. He too wasn't helpful at first and only after realizing how upset we were with the whole situation and the possibility of us going to another hotel did he finally try to assist in some way.

I just want to mentioned what I want to recommend hotel to improve:
- Unfavorable breakfast. As a Crowne Plaza hotel, high tier hotel, just provide very limited kinds of selection of food is a little bit unacceptable;
-The service level didn't respresent the Crowne Plaza hotel as well;

I hate to be negative but the evening service was confused and a little disinterested. Both evening meals arrived completely different to what I ordered.the first meal arrived and as they put it down they told me the sauce on the menu was available so it . The next night was a completely different meal. Breakfast was very good however and as more people were there the atmosphere was great.
Dinner however on a Friday and Saturday night was almost dead. No one there and no atmosphere. Disappointing.No staff around - we had to call them over from way over the other side of the large empty room.

When I return from China travels I always feel welcome and know that this is home in China. I recently spent two weeks in Japan,one week of which was Kyoto Crowne Plaza which does not match Zhongguancun.So when I am not in Australia clearly CPBZ is home-A welcome environment.--John M Courtney

就是酒廊的工作人员态度一般，我们很喜欢蒸饺结果被别人取光了，当我老婆询问是否还有时，员工比较生硬的回答 如果想吃可以去楼下餐厅点餐吃。 个人觉得没有太讲究说话艺术，过于生硬，客人听着非常不舒服。希望改进。

I was greeted by friendly receptionist at the executive area. The air condition in the hotel overall is not very cool considering we are in the mid of summer.
The service response time is fast. There were some misunderstanding on charging and it took a while to get answer.
Breakfast is not as good as you can expect from a 5 star hotel. There is room for improvement.

Just one thing is a little pity that they won't provide the service to buy the train ticket for the guest.

I've stayed at this Crowne Plaza a few times and I will continue to select it each time I return to Beijing. The service is wonderful, breakfast selection excellent, they value their customers and especially Priority Club members with status. Also equally important is a great location that sits between to subway stops on Line 4 which makes getting around Beijing extremely convinient.
I wish other IHG properties offered similar service and PC recognition.

Room temperature was too warm. There is a great potential to save energy for the hotel management. There are Energy Contract Service companies, that would share the energy saved with management, so that the management does not have to pay for the cost of the upgrade.

It was the dry season in Beijing, we were offered a room humidifier when we just casually remarked to the staff. Housekeeping also gave us extra lotion. These thoughtful touch really made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We have many visitors coming to our room, and the lobby staff were able to enable them coming to our room, after confirming with us first, instead of having us to go down to meet them.
This hotel is very convenient to transportation, with a subway stop nearby.. It is located in the heart of Zhongguanchun. There are also many great restaurants and small but tasty eating area when you want to have some variety. They are all within walking distance.

Nice hotel with good location for accessing the summer palace and park areas around it. Rooms were large, table in the middle of the room for 2 persons working on the laptop was a nice feature, not every hotel offers.
Around the hotel there is not a lot to do, just summer palace in a few subway stops distance, about 500 meters to subway and PizzaHut or McDonalds.
Lobby lounge not really worth using, you will sit quite in the middle of the entrance.
Italian Teppanyaki Restaurant was not very occupied, quite expensive, but good food.
