1. There were two of us, but Room Service said there was only one buckwheat pillow. So one of us slept without buckwheat pillow and didn't sleep well. (I understand that rooms might be full occupancy, but we were in the executive floor, so shouldn't the hotel prepare some extra pillows for the executive floor guests?#
2. We were given two Welcome Drink coupons and went to the Lounge to take our drinks. I understand the Lounge was full of other guests and there were only one waitress to serve the guests, but shouldn't people from the other departments #such as the Assistant Manager, whose table is near the Lounge and can see what is going on) help the waitress? The Assistant Manager was on phone talking and talking and talking, and although she saw us looking for people to help us, she didn't bother hang up the phone. It was not until we went to the Concierge to see if "anyone can help us" , then the Concierge staff walked to the still-on-phone Assistant Manager that guests need her help, then she hanged up the phone. And later come to help us.

Very happy to stay this hotel for several times, and nice to join in the hotel executive lounge on 20th floor, here is a great place to relax for business man, music, coffee, tea, nice service from staff here all are good to me. And need to thank Anniej (executive lounge waitress) for her great job here, she always provide thoughtful and friendly service to my colleagues and me, be patient to help us to deal some cases about print, checking local infor and so on, and keep following our requirements in time. Will stay this hotel next time again.
