Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay I was in Belém Crowne Plaza for a short stay of a night and morning. Although my reservation was in a standard room, I was positively surprised by the spacious room, the king bed, the cleanliness and the amenities. In the morning it was great to find a daily newspaper at the door and enjoy a complete breakfast. The fitness center has new and clean equipments and an awesome view of Belém and Guamá River. One point to improve is the sound insulation because it's possible to hear noises and conversations from the room beside at the bathroom. November 1, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great overall, some minor challenges Overall the hotel is great. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean, updated and great overall. We had to call two days to get our room made. Not sure why it was not as we were leaving the room by 12noon and would return early evening. Seems like a lack of communication especially because it happened twice. October 11, 2013
