Agradable estancia

LA estancia fue muy agradable, el personal muy amable, me alojaron en una habitación que estaba en el piso 15 con buenas vistas, las instalaciones un poco antiguas, la habitación es amplia y agradable.

OK place for the price

This place does not give platinum elite members their upgrades. I was told during my last stay that the room I got was good enough and I would not be getting an upgrade. I am done with the crowne

Awful parking and unfriendly staff

Will not stay here again during my frequent trips to Billings as the parking is a real pain and the staff are the worst I have encountered. Felt like I should apologize for interrupting their chat when I was checking in. No recognition as a reward warmth at all!

I am very sorry to hear that you have been unsatisfied with our parking and our staff’s level of customer service. I have discussed your comments regarding our front desk staff with out Front Office Manager. She assures me that training will be her top priority so we can ensure a high level of customer service for all guests. She will also stress the importance of delivering the recognition that our loyal IHG Rewards Club Members deserve. While downtown Billings is a fabulous location for getting out to explore, parking is a challenge at times. We do have a parking lot adjacent to the south side of our building, and validate for parking in the City of Billings Park Two Garage right across the street. The parking garage is connected to our facility via a Skybridge on the second floor for your convenience, and is monitored with security cameras by the City of Billings. Always a great stay

The Crowne has been our hotel of choice in Billings for the past couple of years. When we stay the night it is at the Crowne Plaza. Great staff, quiet lounge, good restaurant, rooms have always been clean, quiet and comfortable. No need to look anywhere else as we have always been treated very well.
