Stayed here a few times as it is very close to the LG arena. Rooms are comfortable and the beds super comfortable. Staff were attentive and helpful. Good Breakfast with long time slot.
My only down points are the charge for Car parking, not the English way of doing things. Also the quality of food in the restaurant at dinner while OK it does not live up the the prices charged

The stay was effortless from check in to check out. My only disappointment was that the fridge in my room did not work. I was attending a concert - a present for my boyfriend's 50th birthday and it was great that we were able to stay so close to the venue. We ate in the hotel restaurant - the food was excellent and was served quickly - albeit a little pricey - I had king prawn and salmon risotto £11 approx. and the other meal was a steak with a very very small number of chips - at £17.00 approx. a little expensive.

Location was perfect - went to see a concer at NEC. Very spacious room, comfortable, excellent facilities. Breakfast was very good. Will definitely stay there again. Much better & easier than going to some London venues.
Only Critism is that the hair dryer is a bit awkward to use - you have to hold the lid whilst trying to dry your hair. There is also no mirror to see what you are doing.
Apart from that it was perfect.

stayed overnight after visiting lg arena gig, excellent value for money didn't have evening meal but breakfast was great lots of choice. room was nice and airy only fault was desk chair didn't tuckunder desk but hardly a problem for a one night stay. all staff were accessable , helpful and friendly especially the lady waitressing in the breakfast area didn't catch her name but she was lovely. would i stay here again that's a definate YES.

Great hotel very clean and comfortable rooms, has a great bar for relaxing in after the gigs at the nec finish.
The food was excellent to and the staff were very helpful at all times.
Only down side is paying ten pounds to park in their car park other than that its excellent we stay there every time now if we travel to Brum.
