Booked two double-beds (for four people) but was informed upon check-in that we were given a king pullout rollaway, and no other options . Pullout and rollaway were NOT comfortable. After some negotiation, management discounted our first night an extra $15 and moved us into the correct setup the next day. They also provide us with a free, hot breakfast (but I was not impressed by the food). With that said, both rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The wifi was weak and kept disconnecting.

Total lack of customer service

My experience at this hotel is something I would not wish on my worst enemy. The staff made me feel like I was burden intruding on their time and territory. I would not recommend saying there unless it was the only place to stay for 50 miles.

noisy at night

This hotel would have been OK except for the noisy people sitting right outside my window talking at 2:00am. After 2 calls to the front desk, they were still there until 3:00am ! The price was good but I didn't get much sleep.
