courteous staff

Adequate Crowne Plaza accommodations (a little outdated). Hotel staff was extremely courteous and friendly, and breakfast (omelet station and buffet) were excellent. I had issues getting on the internet even though I was provided a password (but was able to access a signal off my phone instead).

Rude Front Desk Staff

I am appalled at the way at the way the front desk manager treated me. My dining experience was awful,..I ordered a burger sent it back TWICE. It still was not cooked to order which was medium. After the third time of sending food back I gave up and ordered chicken. I will compliment the bartender mark as he was somewhat compassionate about my experience. I went to the front desk after my dining experience to complain. I spoke to James, who was the front desk manager on duty, who seemed nonchalant about my issue didn't ask my name, my room number, or anything concerning my issue. He basically said "thanks i will let the restaurant manager know, as I don't handle restaurant issues". First and foremost that is an inappropriate response and very dissatisfactory to an member., Customers are always first and I was not treated with the respect I deserve as a member or a guest. Let's see if I visit here for rooms or dining again.

Dear Sylkiest1, I would like to sincerely apologize for the issue you experienced during your stay at our property. I can assure you this is not a typical issue with our kitchen staff and I was very surprised to hear of the problem. I have personally discussed the issue with our executive chef and cook involved. Our night desk manager James and I also discussed his response and he apologizes if he appeared nonchalant. Our goal is to always provide an excellent guest experience and I again apologize if we did not deliver. Service und Personal waren gut.
Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, entspricht aber hinsichtlich Heizung/Bad nicht mehr ganz den heute zu erwarteten Standards.
Der Preis war recht günstig, so daß das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung ging. Ein längerer Aufenthalt ist aber nur bedingt empfehlenswert.
