I stayed here for nine nights on a work trip at the end of April and beginning of May. The hotel is close to a tram stop, which made it convenient to get to my work place in Bratislava. I used the tram most of the time, even during the evenings and weekends when I had to work. The location also allowed me to wander around the old town and see the river, so it was useful for eating out and shopping. Having wireless internet access in the hotel lobby and in my room was great, although it was occasionally slow. Having a kettle in the room was handy too, as were the free bottles of water on first entering my room. On the downside, the desk in my room could have done with a desk lamp - when I wanted to work or check e-mails in the evening, I had to sit in the armchairs where there was better light, rather than at the desk.

This was my second stay at this location this year. Rooms are big and very comfortable. The Wifi signal is strong all over the hotel. It has a great gym that I used a few times. The breakfast was really good and staff were very nice. I would stay here again next time I'm back for business

I had a company training for 5 days with 10-15 colleagues at the Crown Plaza. Hotel was not very easy to be reached by car - listen carefully to the signs on the street - entrance to the garage was also not easy to be found - but finally I made it.
Meeting room facilities are excellent. Restaurant is o.k. Spa and gym are excellent. One negative point is the garage cost with € 39/day !
Overall a very good place to stay.

The Staff from front desk to Restaurant to Maid service were very nice and attentive. Everyone had attention to detail. Gym facility is perfect. I will be coming back to Bratislava for another 2 weeks and will book the Crowne!

Lovely hotel overall. The beds and the pillow-mist is such a treat. The breakfast is great and combined with the most efficient coffee and tea service. The swimming pool is big enough to have a real swim and a relaxing visit to the sauna and steam-room. Just a word of warning to the more prudish of us, I am not that keen on just being wrapped in a sheet.!
I love the touch that the lifts have new mats every day with the day of the week.
Just a minor niggle, after a swim, I ordered a club sandwich from room service, which is the worst sandwich I have had for a while. I am sure the hotel kitchen could do better than that.
I will definitely come again, even on a private visit when the company is not paying. Nice hotel, nice location and not too costly.
PS-hope the toilet seat has been changed by housekeeping!
