Excellent service i would recommend this hotel to all my friend's if thy are in the area clean room Comfortable bed and pillows the staff treat you like V.I.P after a long day and driving we got to the hotel and check right in.thy have a nice buffet in the morning Great stay you won't be disappointed take my word for it'''''

very poor customer service

although i checked into my room in the afternoon on the way to work, i wasn't able to actually go to my room until 3am.
i was put into an occupied room. yet the front desk refused to acknowledge this until we got security involved and disturbed the patron in the room.
I wasn't switched into a different room until 3:45am. i lost a precious hour of sleep before having to get up at 8am.
there was no manger at check out to help me resolve this issue. i left very disappointed, and will never return to this location for any reason.
As platinum priority, i stay at this type of hotel for a reason .. and i have higher expectations as a result. i was treated no better than had i stayed at a lesser hotel right down the street.

I had an awesome stay here. The staff was very efficient and friendly. The room was fantastic and very clean. Bed was super comfortable and I had one of the best nights sleep in a hotel. Internet was also fast.
