All staff very knowledgeable about tourist sites. We had a very fast checkin and out, and meant we had more time to relax. We would highly recommend. May 4, 2013

Very beautiful room interior, knowlegeable stuff, quite tasty breakfast - and many other details that made that stay unforgettable. Actually this is the hotel you want to come back. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A great place for a weekend in Brussels We spent Friday and Saturday nights at the Crown Plaza in Brussels (April 5 and 6). As Priority Club Platinum members, we were warmly welcomed and given an upgrade to a wonderful large king-bedded room overlooking the Botanical Gardens. It was quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast was included in our rate and it was terrific - fruits, yogurt, hot dishes, cold meats and cheese, wonderful breads and pastries. The coffee machines turned out excellent espresso. Staff were courteous and helpful and we were given late checkout (until 2 pm) on Sunday. Staff also arranged a taxi for us to the airport with an excellent driver. We considered the weekend rate gave excellent value for money and we would certainly not hesitate to return. The location was convenient - it was about a fifteen minute walk on a pedestrian street to the Grand Place. April 12, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Easter weekend Brussels - Le Palace is in an excellent location, about half way between the town centre and station, close to both. At night the rooms are quiet and comfortable, the beds are big and soft, just the way I like it. Breakfast was good, although a little busy but I guess that was because it was the Easter break weekend. Staff were helpful and friendly. All in all, a very pleasant experience. April 6, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Adequate The Internet criteria is different in Crown Plaza Paris, Brusselles, Amsterdam and now in Intercontinental Budapest; besides the same Corporate Owner. I think you should manage the Internet criteria like NH with Free Access with CODE for 24 Hrs (Any number of devices) because now is not also business but social media and this is something very important, specially for youngsters (Z Generation) April 5, 2013
