Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Le Palace is my home in Brussels! I frequently visit Brussels and stay usually a week. And each time I am in Brussels, I always stay in Le Palace. Once you enter the hotel, the Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful and you have an easy check-in. Then you go to your room, it is clean, comfortable and peaceful. After you open up your luggage you can relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in you room after a long journey. Then perhaps it is time to look for your emails, and you can also do your work if need be being flowlessly connected to internet. Depending on your purpose of the visit, with its great location, the hotel provides you with all the possibilities of city tour, a nice walk to Grand Place or whereever you choose to be for business or leisure. Alternatively you can take the nearby metro and explore the city. Coming back you can enjoy a very good lunch and dinner in the hotel. I also recommend its sleeping amenities introduced to make the guest sleep more comfortable. I tried it works, and you can have a wonderful sleep. Hotel's claim of the need for wake up service after a peaceful sleep is certainly correct. In the morning you can also enjoy a good breakfast while reading your newspaper. This is all part of the experience while staying in Le Palace. Le Palace has everything to offer for all types of travellers. For me Le Palace is home away from home in Brussels where I always enjoy staying, and it is very comfortable, especially after a long day's work coming from the office. If one wants a quality and good stay in Brussels, Le Palace is certainly where you would want to be. March 18, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent There isn't much I can say that was not said in previous reviews, but in general it was a perfect stay. For European standards the room size was very good, the comfort was very nice, the bed is very comfortable (and I am a tall person, not light, (198cm-129kg for frame of reference) I usually have problems with beds in other hotels, too hard or too soft, this one was perfect. In winter no central heating had me concerned, but the electric heater provided was more than sufficient, even during the days we experienced 2 below zero temperatures. The breakfast was good, and the location perfect. Walking distance to the Noord Train Station, short taxi ride to Midi Train station, Rogier Metro is right outside, a mall and shopping areas across the street, and restaurants a plenty all around. Grand Place is 10 mins walk through one of the shopping streets. I would certainly recommend this hotel. March 6, 2013

Nice breakfast (althought better to book it via Intenet, it was 27 € at the hotel). 10-15 minutes walk from Grand Place, all along a commercial street. March 1, 2013

I can tell that Crowne Plaza - Le Palace is one of the best business hotels in Brussels. I am staying at least two or three times a year for the past years in Le Palace, whenever I travel to Brussels. My each stay has been an excellent experience so far from reservation to check-out time. The staff has always been and is still very friendly all these years and they always fulfilled my inquiries. I seldom had a smaill issue to be resolved, and it was solved immediately.The room is comfortable, and WIFI access is good. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is very nice and peaceful, especially after a long day of work. Le Palace is indeed like a home away from home to me. I would recommend to experience Le Palace, you will enjoy staying there.. February 28, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Lovely Hotel This is a lovely hotel. It's one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in - I especially liked the wood floors in the guest room. The rooms had high ceilings and were tastefully decorated, and the hallways were wide and bright. The hotel was very quiet too. The food was very good too - I couldn't get enough of the rasberry juice. My only complaint was the heating/ventilation system. My first night was fine, but the other three nights the room was too hot. I had to shut off the fan to get things to cool down as the thermostat seemed ineffective. My colleagues had the same experience. But overall a great hotel in a very good central location. February 28, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good stay - would return to this hotel any time I was in Crowne Plaza Le Palace for the second time now. I mostly used it for recreation and sleeping, as my business took place at a different location. The room was clean, the bed was pretty large. Wireless LAN access worked perfectly so that I could work on my emails and other web-based stuff. Free bottle of water each day, free newspaper (probably because of my Platinum rewards level). Sauna and Fitness facilities looked good though I hadn't time enough to use them. Though located at a main street it was silent inside the room. Good starting point for sightseeing; it is close to north station, and you could walk to the city center (though it takes 15-20 minutes). I haven't used the restaurant because of business meetings and evening program. Parking at nearby Rogier took 14.30 EUR per day which is reasonable. February 21, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Nice hotel but with some problems It is the third time I am staying at this hotel, simply for the location! In each stay I had to have a problem: heater is not working (I had to change the room), and telephone devices are not working, no wake up calls. The hotel always runs different meetings for business and different organizations, therefore, the lobby during the day is soooooo crowded! breakfast is excellent if you go during the first 2 hours. The last hour of the breakfast is not good in terms of food availability and service! They claim always that they have upgraded me, but i really do not recognized the upgrade! January 27, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by One night stay during transit Excellent stay overall, but as with all Crowne propoerties, the hotel pushes their own taxis which are 2-3 times the outside going rate. Staff is friendly and helpful. Did not like the concierge though once he figured out that I will not be buying any tour, he did not suggest places I could visit at all and was completely disinterested. The nearest metro station is at Rogier and will connect to all the trams/Metro lines in Brussels. Our Room was on the mid floor which had no view but quiet as per our request. However, we found the room warm and housekeeping services could be improved. The morning breakfast is good with a good spread and fresh juices provided. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Mediocre hotel at best Central location and impressive public areas - but - Our room was cold. The aircon did not function, just made lots of noise. The response to our complaint was to deliver a fan - great for stirring the cold air round but useless as a heater! Rooms facing on to the main road are very noisey - Brussels seems to thrive on a continual stream of emergency and diplomatic vehicles 24 hours a day - all with sirens blaring! Saturday night the bar was closed for some function. Although it was empty we had to sit in a corner of the restaurant for a nightcap. The one barman was running back and forth to the bar for supplies - so service was extremenly slow. A couple of other staff we standing around - and when one deigned to serve us she did not know what gin was. Once we got over that hurdle (the barman returned to show her the bottle) it was served without tonic or lemon - another wait for our drink. All in all a very poor show considering Crowne Plaza is supposed to be IHG's second best brand. December 9, 2012

It is a comfortable hotel, but mostly, I feel welcomed, staff try to accommodate requests, questions and adapt. Once due to a wrong booking I ended up in Brussels without a hotel and just had to call to fix a room. Facilities are good and breakfast very nice. All in all: warmly recommended. December 5, 2012

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by looks old but modern inside copy of my tripadvisor review Glad I gave this hotel a chance, yeah from the outside it does look shabby but the actual inside of the hotel is modern and very clean. We was lucky to get an upgraded room with a decent view as many of the other rooms looked onto each other. Staff great and friendly, Free business center which was good for check-in into flights. The bath isn't designed to have a shower over it was the based is arched and not flat and I nearly slipped on many occasions. All in all, good location and easy to get to via Airport or Eurostar Train connections. Stayed July 2012, travelled with friends November 11, 2012

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by no recommendation The rooms are clean, furniture is nice but window did not work well, tiles etc. in bathroom pretty old and used, still kept clean. Breakfast is lousy, scrambled eggs are not really cooked, ham overcooked and sticking together, bread not really good and always a long queue for the coffeemaker. November 1, 2012
