The Crowne Plaza - Brussels Airport was great! We had a nice room with lots of amenities that made it relaxing and restful. It was quiet, staff were pleasant & helpful, and my goal of rest was accomplished.
If you are staying on a weekend, the food options are limited but the room service was good and quick.
I would definitely stay here again!

Although we made our reservation through the priority club they
did not have our priority club membership information in the
record.
It appeared all other priority club members received a box of
candy upon checking in. We did not.
The staff at check in was excellent and helpful.
The dining room was closed for that evening's dinner thus we
had to eat in the bar area and the food seemed to be prepared in the microwave. The food was mediocre in the bar room. The food for the breakfast buffet was very good.

Rooms are very comfortable and nicely furnished - The rooms overlooking the park are especially nice. The kitchen and dining room have problems - very slow service, poor preparation of food, and this goes for both breakfast and dinner. We hope it has improved by the time you get there, because it could be an excellent experience overall.

nice hotel, comfortable rooms , however not geared for weekend tourist. the shuttle does not run to the airport on weekends and the parking expense is a little bit exorbitant. if you leave before 6am in the morning you will have to have a taxi take you. cost is about 15-20 euros. charge for wifi is exorbitant too and is not available for free in the lobby.

I had to travel away while staying at hotel and on return a day I should have left on was given a talking to by desk staff that the hotel was full and could have lost my room !. I felt talked down to and was not happy, even when I returned later to talk about it same staff member did not come across very good and made me mad.

I stayed just one night before flying out of Brussels airport and will be back again. Good room (could increase the a/c just a bit...), nice bar and club lounge, workout room (a must) with plenty of equipment, and great overall vibe. Just started staying in Crowne Plazas again in overseas locations and am finding them to be great for business travel.

Hotel had very nice lobby and rooms, bar area was comfortable and had ok food. Dinner and breakfast - food was only ok (ribs were dry and scrambled eggs had some hard chunks) so a little overpriced for what I received. I am not used to paying for internet service in hotels anymore but the staff would not give me an exception for 10 Euros for 4 hours of use. Nice view of a park out the back window. Overall it was acceptable and I would go back.

Arrived after 2100 after badly delayed flight. Front Desk welcoming and friendly, and efficient, saw off 7 customers in less than 10 mins. Expensive Hotel, but you do get what you pay for, food good, Room service excellent and a very comfortable room and quiet too, which was good considering the location so close to airport and the ring road. will definitely stay again when on business in Da Vinci.
