Once again I had a perfect stay at the Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport. Service was really friendly and the dinner that I had was very good. Thanks to the whole team for this perfect stay.

This hotel is more than an Airport Hotel. It is very conveniently located for airport travelers, offers excellent service and very comfortable and modern rooms. In Room Dining is fast, fresh and delicious. The breakfast is excellent and has many choices for all palates (as have all the Intercontinental hotels) to start the day right.
Rooms are spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean and odor free. Beds offer a choice of pillows, which is nice, and are very conducive to a good night's sleep, as is the good noise isolation of the room. Baths are modern, convenient and sparkling.
The staff is welcoming and polite and ready to assist with any information or advice.
I highly recommend AMBASSADOR CLUB membership...always an upgrade, always a special amenity, always dedicated check in/ out, it is THE BEST hotel club investment for business travelers or frequent leisure travelers...like diamond status from your first stay!

i've stayed in Brussels over the years at other hotels and was able to try this one. i was impressed with the hotel cleanliness, the staff attention and the good food (beer included) in the Bar and at Breakfast. this was an outstanding stay for the 5 nights i was there and will make this my favorite hotel when working in Brussels.

A very pleasant hotel well located for Brussels Airport (10 minutes drive). Good rooms and excellent helpful staff, roomservice food was nice. The only downside is the cost, even taking into the premium for airport access this is expensive compared to other Crowne Plazas I use.

Thanks to Flair magazine, i was able to avail of this hotel which is a whole lot better that the hotels in Brussels that i've been in the past.
The sauna was great, ,there's a the 15 min. hour glass on the wall that sometimes works. (I suggest to put some kind of 'stopper' to make the hourglass positioned on a perfect angle upon flipping it, as to make the sands fall evenly). Love the lounge, where one can sit back and relax, see the the park behind a tall glass window on a winter night. While having some complementary fruits and lemon accented water.
The lobby is just what i expect in a hotel- a high ceiling and a lot of space.

I have always liked this hotel, but there was a small point this time.
I called from my room and asked if not free internet was included in my company's rate. Answer was yes, and then I asked waht am i to choose of the options I get when logging in?
You choose the 25 hour full, she said.
OK
When I was checking out I got internet on my bill, I asked and the choice I have taken was all in(with video?).
I said that I agreed last evening about this, but she would not listen to that. She at the end gave me free internet, when having checked the agreement rate. But I had to paiy the 6!!! EUR for the video...
Not a big deal, but difficult to be a customer when you are not trusted.

I am dissapointed with the lack of common courtesy shown to me by this gentleman. No welcome, no smile. Extremely brashed and irritated

We did stay one night with the whole family. The twin rooms are perfect foe 4 persons and still have plenty of space to move arround in the room. You absolutely do not have the feeling that you are staying in an airport hotel. The kids just loved the park behind the hotel

Excellent stay. The internet is extortionate at 22 euros per day for a very average connection. This is one of the most expensive internet connections in hotels I have stayed....very disappointing. For this reason alone I don't recommend the hotel.

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Abendessen und Frühstück im Restaurant waren lecker und der Service sehr gut. Ich komme jederzeit gerne wieder.

From the lack of a shuttle - choice of calling the hotel on a UK mobile or getting a taxi - onwards, it was dire. There were only a few people around, the hotel was dark and the Club Lounge was deserted except for uncleared tables - very Marie Celeste. Food was only available in the bar and seemed microwaved rather than cooked.
The room was fine, but that was the only good part of the experience.
