As a frequent visitor to Bucharest this has become my favourite hotel. Always a warm welcome from the staff,who remember you from the previous visit.
The restaurant is very good with an excellent choice of wine,great value power lunch.
You are never rushed and you are treated like an individual and left feeling special.
I have stayed in all seasons,long summer nights dining in the restaurant,equally as charming in the winter with frost on the ground,warm inside and very cold out.
Great for any business trip,so convenient for the airport yet not too far from the old town with all it's charm any many restaurants.
This hotel gives great service with a smile.

We visited Crowme Plaza Bucharest for a weekend on March 2013. Everything was in order and the club room we took quite big and well equiped. Staff was always prompt and very helpful. I think that the suttle service they offer is very helpful, even if we didn't use it. Fitness and pool areas were also in order, and they have plans to renovate them. Sleeping and breakfast quality are on the top side. Note that we had there the best exchange rates in the city. Actually Crowne Plaza Bucharest offers you nearly whatever you are asking except central location, which you have to seek if you want to explore city's nightlife. Hotel's location though is excellent for business travelers. Finally they really value Priority Club members.

Club rooms in Crown Plaza Bucharest are excellent. I always enjoy to stay there - great balance between sleeping and working area, spacious and well designed rooms, excellent bed for great sleep....don't hesitate to try it, you won't regret it.

The Crowne Plaza Bucharest is always a good choice for a comfortable stay at a reasonable rate. The staff is always very friendly and eager to help. They seem to truly understand the idea of proper service!

Accuracy and precision in in information exchange with the Personnel, starting with the Reception Counter (to say nothing of politeness). No futile chatting.
