Great Service

Hotel was very full due to a convention. Staff was very helpful on check-in and provided information for shuttle service to Burlingame. Our room was fine but there were fans in the hall way and some peeled wall paper across the hall (perhaps an issue with a room across from us, that door was unlocked everytime we walked by and electrical cords for fans coming out of there). Breakfast was the usual and staff was very helpful in providing to go container (for food and drink) for my wife's protion since she couldn't make it down in time. Overall, an enjoyable quick stay for our transit through SFO.

Not top choice

This hotel is dated and needs an update. In addition it is not a smooth sailing ship. I got room service for breakfast one day, and they never replaced my menu for other mornings. The TV was unplugged, and the room just needs to feel in today's time. Room service dinner was not very good.

Sleepless by the airport

The rooms are simple, but for a business hotel, it lacked a few things to make it a good note for me. There were no plugs by the bedside, there was no real comforter or duvet, so I froze all night and the water pressure int h shower wasn't very good. I arrived 2 hours before check in as that was my only flight option and I left my bag with the concierge while they sent me to the most dismal looking business centre ever to work in for two hours. Personally, I would not stay here again as you are paying for a good sleep and a nice shower, neither of which I had during my two nights here.

I assure you this is not typical for our hotel. It is our standard to have ear plugs in the nightstand of every guest room. I will personally follow up on this to make sure that everything is where it is supposed to be.
