Hotel Stay

I have stayed in this hotel before and really enjoyed it. The grounds are well kept and the rooms are clean. This stay I was put in a handicap room which is not a big deal except it seemed that the water in the shower never got hot and the room temperature never got below 75 degrees despite setting the thermostat at 71. I do like this resort and the staff is very friendly, but those items may keep me from booking again.
