Arriving the hotel during late night wasn't easy to find the proper entrance! Since I was there, the reception and concierge staffs are well trained to welcome their guests! Problems came up as I check-out, staffs are totally different, untrained on payment, system were down, problem with park-ticket and now counting my stay as a non-qualified stay (booked through IHG-web, checked in with my own name, and paid with credit card with my own name, don't know what else I should do)!! It all took more than 10 mins for me to check-out, while I was the only guest inside the lobby.
Return to the positive side, the bedroom was good and clean. Breakfast was in good quality too!

I travel for business & leisure and Crowne Plaza Changsha City Centreis one of the finest hotel i stayed in.
Really appreciate all the kind assistance and friendliness shown to me and my partner over the 4 days while I’m in Changsha. It really make us feels welcomed and at home during these few days. Especially so for Christina and the Club Room staff who goes all the way to assist me to arrange my personal request for my partner.
I look forward to many return visits in the future.

I travel extensively for business and the Crowne Plaza at City Centre Changsha is truly one of the finest hotels I have experienced. The staff there, especially Christina and all of the staff in the club room make me feel welcome, comfortable and at home. I look forward to many return visits in the future.
