The staff in the club floor provided excellent service. Your staff Mandy is a very sincere and helpful staff. I was very impressed to her help and her great attitude. I seldom see this kind of staff in Crowne Plaza.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 it's a nice hotel, good location, bad surrounding area
nice hotel, very comfortable, nice location as well.
there isn't a door facing out, so have to walk around those construction areas.
services is a bit painful, got to there trying to take a shower, with only half emptied bottle of conditioner and shampoo, ask them to bring it up, and it took them over half an hour to bring it. dont know what is going on?

First of all the hotel is in a great location, very easy to navigate around. there are a lot of food vendors, restaurants, cafes and shopping places nearby.
transport wise they have good shuttle bus airport transport and also pickups.
the room itself is very BIG, clean and comfortable, the bed is nice and clean, and the room ambiance is very good and romantic.
however the air conditioner is not adjustable via controller in the room, I cant reduce the temperature to 18 degrees as I wanted to. also you have to pay for the internet per day, which is not too cool.
the food is nice, a bit expensive, but its good. the gym facility is so-so.
service wise, its very good! most of them can speak english, the receptions are very friendly.
overall it was a very good experience, I loved it! will stay there again when I come back. very good value for money!

Stayed here a lot of times, every time like go back to home, Staffs here are very friendly, room are good, location are great. Only one thing need to improve, the bar in hotel is not professional.

Service is good. The sales manager asked for the feedback when having breakfast.
The temperature is a little bit high but cannot be cut down. Please improve the air conditioner

The reception was pleasant and the staff recognise my status and addressed me by name!
The room was good size, quiet and with good amenity.
Bed was very comfortable which helped me to have a good night sleep.

This is probably the best hotel value in Changsha. The staff has been extremely helpful despite my very limited ability to speak Chinese. The location is great being in the center of downtown providing plenty of cabs when needed.
The rooms are well maintained and after spending 4 different stays here I have not had any maintenance issues. This is my preferred hotel for Changsha.
The only downside is that despite having 2 restaurants both cater more to the Hunan style of cooking and is limited on any other types of dishes. This would also include the Thai restaurant that did not even have a noodles dish.
The breakfast was much better offering omelets and eggs cooked to order . Good news is that if you are seeking more westernized food there are plenty of fast food restaurants within a couple of blocks along with a steak house.

The hotel, though expensive compared with other well-known hotels in Changsha, is locating in the heart of Changsha city. The traffic condition is terrible due to city infrastructure construction is underway and is expected to complete in my next visit.
I was granted room upgrande though it is not compulsive for Golden Elite member, but they did do it for me. The upgraded room is big and with good view.
I can still remember the smile of the girl who serving my checking-in, so I make recommendation.
