Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Better than expected! The hotel locates right in the opposite side of the exhibition center, which is easy to find! Although the style of the lobby and room weren't quite my taste, but the hotel staffs were still great and friendly. From the reception to the room, every details were perfectly prepared. Also in the executive lounge, staffs were handling guests very professionally and friendly! Another plus for the lobby lounge, great singer there!! Food was also delicious and in great value in both restaurants. There was only one thing comes up which was not that good, the noise isolation from the room need to be improved. I could hear clearly what was happening in the next room. December 26, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 酒店大堂香味过于浓郁 一进酒店大堂就被浓郁的香味“吸引”,我觉得为了照顾大多数人的感受可以用比较清淡优雅的香味(似有似无之间),这样更显得贵酒店的高雅氛围。 酒店房间内空调的运作噪声偏大 酒店洗漱用品品质很一般,比同档次其他酒店稍差 晚餐自助餐不错,味道种类和品质超出预期,但陈设和餐具比较旧了 前台人员服务积极热情,但对于大堂内逗留的顾客无人上前询问是否需要帮助 November 22, 2013

Connie at the front desk is also very helpfull and does go extra mile to satisfy customer need. She helped me get my wireless internet fixed and make sure before she leave it was working. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 令人略感失望的体验 或许是因为国庆假期吧,酒店十分繁忙。如果不是能够优先登记,或许登记入住就得排上半个小时。 到了房间,看得出来是刚打扫好的,洗手台上水还没完全干。房间书桌上的皮革部分已经破损(我想这和繁忙与否没有关系),令人感觉很破旧。 后来因为一些原因,希望将大床房换成双床房,前台的工作人员告诉我没有,于是我继续追问高一级的房型有没有双床房,结果被工作人员很傲慢(我不知道这是否是他自己想展现的态度,但给我的感受就是如此)的告诉我“就连总统套房也没了” by the way,我怎么不知道你们酒店还有总统套房?我也就不好说什么,回了房间。 到房间后打电话希望能够送床被子过来,结果被告知连被子都没了。一个酒店的被子竟会用完,即便是假期,我认为这仍是不可理喻的。最后突发奇想要了条床单,裹着睡了一晚。 后来客房送餐速度有多慢就不多说了,但必须中肯的说,食物味道还是不错的,尤其是那道例汤。 难以想象我竟会在洲际集团在常熟最好的酒店度过这样的一晚,幸好只有一晚。 October 17, 2013
