Beds too small in double rooms

We came for a soccer tournament and appreciated the group discount, but a standard room for 4 people [2 kids under 12] was 2 double beds. As my husband is disabled we all needed to sleep in the same room. The beds were even too small for my 2 kids under 12 who had to sleep together. So the rooms are fine for 2 people or 1 person. However any more than 2 staying in the room is uncomfortable for sleeping.

We apologize that this did not meet the expectations of your family. We also have the option to have connecting rooms which many enjoy because it gives the parents their own king bed (and their own room) if more space is needed to stretch out. We have a few options based on your individual needs. Peaceful Stay

Crowne Plaza Hotel Charlotte Executive Park is always a very welcoming place to stay. I travel to Charlotte on a quarterly bases for business and this hotel has always exceeded my expectations especially with the most recent remodel. Great Job Crowne Plaza on this specific hotel property.

Comfortable bed

We do apologize for the temperature in both your guestroom and conference room. We do adjust the temperature based on the groups request and have not experienced any mechanical problems in the meeting space. I hope that you made us aware that the heater in your room needed repair while you were here so we could either fix it or move you to another room. These units are brand new with the renovations that were just completed. We are glad that you enjoyed the bed. We appreciate the feedback for our improvement and we hope to see you again.
