Poor service

Gave the Crowne a second chance (had a poor experience last time i stayed there) but nothing has changed, poor service, employees with poor attitudes and overall incompetence. When i checked my CC statement they had billed me twice, Comptroller told someone changed it in the computer to extend my stay, i explained i did NOT extend my stay, his answer was he needed to check and verify. Unbeleiveable

Room was dirty, needs a thorough cleaning. Heater very loud. Smoke detector hanging from the wall, no indicated light so I am not sure it worked. Place needs painting. Music outside lobby is way to loud.

Not a very nice stay. Only stayed one night. Suite next to my room was having a party. Had to end up changing my room after about 11/2 hours of trying to have management control the situation.then the air did not work in that room. do not recommend this hotel to anyone
