My party was given 2 different lunch menus. When one member ordered a soup, she was told that she was ordering from an old menu. No updated menu was provided for her, but she was able to view my menu. The outdated menu was the one posted outside the restaurant. After being informed of the inconsistency, still no one changed the outside menu. Shame, because the outdated menu had a much nicer selection!

Overall, hotel was very nice. Executive level lounge has limited offering. Unlike other Crown Plaza hotels I have stayed at, this one did not have complimentary wine or beer in the executive lounge.

Dear Outpftowner2, We appreciate your feedback. We do have a client appreciation reception in the executive lounge every Tuesday night where we offer two complimentary drinks. Beer and wine is also available in the executive lounge other nights, however, it is not complimentary. During the holidays, the executive lounge will not have any food or beverages available but we will return to our normal operating schedule in January of 2015. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We hope that this will not deter you from returning to our hotel in the future. room was nice

the heat was never completely there. when temperature was reached and it was comfortable, if it was over by one degree then the air came on and and the room became chilly. it should just cut off instead of trying to bring it to a certain degree.
