Great find

I used to live in Enstone and it was a pleasure to return and to stay at this Crowne Plaza. The staff were so nice and friendly and very helpful. The attention I received upon check-in made me feel the most welcome ever.

Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. A broader choice of better cooked foods would have been much nicer.

I stayed at this hotel as a last minute reward night booking to cheer my wife up ............................ it did not disappoint :)
Reception could not have been more polite & helpful. We received a room upgrade in recognition of my platinum status and the top floor location (always my preferred option) meant that we had a quiet, peaceful & very comfortable stay. The room was clean & I liked the framed TV (even if it took a while to work out how to turn it on ……………….. technologically challenged! ).
We had a drink in the bar & the bearded guy who served us was very helpful & professional.
We ate in the restaurant & the stake was one of the best we have had for a very long time. The restaurant staff were very attentive & polite even when dealing with a large party of people who insisted on dissecting the bill.
The weather was not great & so unfortunately we did not enjoy the walks in the surrounding parkland but the grounds did look very nice.
All in all, we enjoyed this hotel so much; I have booked a return visit with some friends for next bank holiday to enjoy the grounds & have a round of golf.
Looking forward to another upgrade ;)

Lovely Hotel in beautiful location

Only had one night here on business but it was a lovely experience. I travel regularly for work and this was the nicest hotel Ive stayed in for a long time. However, maybe I was unlucky but the meal in the bar was almost inedible. I ordered the Salmon which was grossly overcooked, dry and even crispy in parts.
Breakfast was nice though.
Leisure facilties are excellent, beautiful pool which nice changing facilities. I will definitely stay again soon.

all the ones we came into contact with were very friendly. also very helpful. when i said the arm chairs in the restaurant were too low a cushion was brought.
