Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 值班经理暖人心 几点不足: 1、下午的大堂吧只有一个工作人员驻守派发月饼,点了长岛冰茶,被告知会调鸡尾酒的同事休假,她本人不会调,故无法提供所有鸡尾酒。 2、客房电视机频道与床头放置的频道指南不一致。 3、整个酒店空气密闭,尤其是房间内部,霉味尤为明显,后期需要处理。 值得称赞: 1、所有客房服务都能及时且很好的提供。 2、所有工作人员都很友善,随时保持微笑(除了大堂吧那位)。 3、当天值班经理Amanda给予了我所提问题最及时和满意的处理。 September 10, 2014
