This hotel is huge. Room was big & awesome for a single party. I loved my view of the surrounding area & interstate from my 5th floor room.I could see traffic flow to know weather to take highway or back roads on my bussiness in town. I lived in Cincinnati foe 43 years so I knew all the back roads to wherever I wanted to go if rush hour traffic clogged highways. When I get the chance to go back, I want this hotel & hopefully room.
Housekeeping even accomidated me. I loved the scent of soap & shampoo. They gave me 4 or each to bring home to use.Scent lasts long after shower. It's a lemon- lime scent.
My only complain was manufacture of TV in the room, They put the speakers on the back of the TV. When A/C turns on you can't hear tv without turning it up.

My husband and I recently stayed here because a block of rooms was reserved for a wedding. Immediately upon arrival, I was frustrated. The concierges were slow, there was a line of people waiting to check in and there was staff standing there doing nothing. They didn't even say hello. You have to walk through a maze of event rooms to get to the elevators from the front desk. When we returned to the room after the wedding, neither of our keys worked and we had to go back through the maze to get it straightened out. The bed was hard as a rock and gave both of us severe back aches the next day. Breakfast was the usual sub-par hotel buffet, only it wasn't included. Didn't even get as much as a goodbye as we left. Will never stay here again.

My husband & I stopped here for one night on ournway home. We were told by the front desk attendant there was breakfast until 10:30 on the 12th floor for members. However, we got there at 9:00 and it was closing.
The room & bed were clean & comfortable, although no refrigerator or microwave. The upper 10 to 12 inches of the shower stall was dirty with an orange brown residue.

the rooms are over priced did need t like bathroom was not told it was a convention for a bunch of grown men and women running around in costumes like they were ponies

I stayed at the hotel for one night. The hotel did a good job of recognizing the fact I was a platinum member however that was the extent of anything nice during the stay. The room I was in was dirty and not well kept. I notified the staff and they seem unconcerned. The place does not live up to the Crowne Plaza brand.

I placed two wake-up calls and neither one of them were made.
Staffing at the function I attended was woefully understaffed.

We were attending my husbands 50th class reunion and there were many people also attending. The room was clean and attractive. The bed was neat and clean and comfortable. As for the service the night of the reunion, we were not impressed. I know serving a large number of people is challenging but it was really bad. The people at our table (8) were all served at different times (3 received salad and then 3 more received theirs almost ten minutes later. Then they served bread but no one had a bread plate to put it on. There were water glasses and wine glasses (even though we purchased wine at the bar and did not need the wine glasses) and iced tea glasses. None of the filled glasses (tea and water) had any sign of ice in them, to the point that the table was cluttered. When dessert was served, I had gone to the restroom and upon returning there was no dessert at my place. I was unable to get their attention so did without the dessert. They also had only two bars, with one bartender at each, set up outside the dining room. Some people waited 45 minutes to get something to drink. This was really upsetting to everyone. I would stay there but would not attend a dinner function for a group at this facility.
