Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Customer Service This is an older hotel. I was at this hotel April 2013 I live in AZ. After watch hotel impossible on the travel channel give a new meaning to looking for things in a hotel. I found myself walking around the hotel looking for things wrong and what would Anthony Melchiorri look for and what would he do to fix them. I have worked for a motel and hotel before but that was over 20 yrs. ago but now when I am the paying customer I look for the best service and make sure they know it was good service or bad service. I stayed at this hotel and it was very good service and very nice. While checking in to the room the young lady said she was at the end over her shift, almost 11 on the clock. I am sure her name is Teresa she was about in her mid-20. . She was still very perky and very helpful to tell me about the area, the hotel food services etc. She had excitement in her voice even after a very long shift. After getting settled I walked around the hotel and some of the maintenance staff was walking about and the spoke and asked if they can help me and is there anything they can do to make my stay better. That was very nice of them! The conference room was nice and open and clean. Later in the week we had a lunch in conference room that was on the fourth floor of the hotel it was very nice even if there was a blizzard outside in April. The front desk staff was the best. The worst thing about the room would have to be it to hear the toilet flush from upstairs and sounds like a flood of water in the walls, I just turned up the voulme on the TV to drown out the sound. This was my first time to COLORADO SPRINGS. I hope to come back someday soon with my family to enjoy Colorado Springs. But in the summer time!  April 23, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Doo Doo wasn't beautiful I am a pet owner, and I clean up after my pets. Pet friendly should mean more than letting pets stay, and the owners of their pets not having no respect for your property or other people by not cleaning up after their pets. The grounds were nasty, and it gives the pet friendly a bad name to your business that doesn't clean up behind not caring nasty people or imposing extra fees so someone can be hired to clean up doo doo. It is not beautiful to look at, and it does bring down the quality of anything down. April 16, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Crowne Plaza: Is it worth it? Crowne Plaza in Colorado Springs, use to be my favorite in the Springs area. However, my last visit was poor at best. I arrived late and requested a late check out, went to my room put a do not disturb sign on the door and tried to get some sleep... At 8:05 AM a knock on the door, it's maid service, again at 8:30 it's maid service. Now try to get a little more rest... So we go down get some breakfast, (it was a good breakfast) and talk to the people behind the desk. They talk to the manager and give us a free breakfast coupon. We already have had breakfast and it is free with the room. We go back to our room get our belongings and return to checkout, here I get to talk to the manager who assures me this will not happen again and agrees to refund the points I used for the room, which has not yet been refunded. This is not what I expect when I stay at the Crowne Plaza, I hope this is a one time thing. March 9, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Disappointed Priority Club Memeber I will just list the bad. The wall paper was peeling in the bathroom, there was beer cans on my patio, the ground fault in the bathroom kept tripping out, there was no coffee in my room and there was something on the iron that ruined a shirt. Also one of the personal I was had no blow dryer in her room. I understand this is an old Crown Plaza however ........................ February 23, 2013
