For a hotel of this size, there was no one to help with luggage and only two carts to put luggage on. Had to wait forever for a cart. Bed was not made two days in a row.
Staff was nice but hotel could use more.

Very disappointed with the restaurant/bar and the service. We sat at a table at the lounge to watch some Monday Night Football while we had dinner. There was one bartender and a server that seemed to disappear whenever you needed service. The bartender was tending tables as well as the bar. We waited over 20 minutes before the bartender finally looked at us and asked if we needed anything. He brought us our drinks but no menus. We had to go to the bar to get those. After about another 15 - 20 minutes, we were able to grab the waitresses attention and order. If I knew it would take another 30 minutes to get a hamburger and fries, I would have just went elsewhere. Absolutely horrible service from beginning to end. In addition to this, there was a table in the middle of the lounge with some very loud drunks, that were clearly disturbing the guests. Not one hotel staff said anything to them.
The next morning when I went to use the hair dryer, there was a long hair on it. Pretty disgusting.

Had 2 nights of great sleep.....very comfortable beds...
Was quiet and Peaceful also.
Staff was responsive.....
I liked the bar in the lobby...great bartender...

Arrived on Monday evening at about 6 PM for a day long meeting on Tuesday, I was on the third flood as about 10 other member of my company. I had no hot water to wash or take a shower, I called the front desk and was told that the boiler has been down and they thought it has been fixed. Tuesday morning i tried again to take a shower and still no hot water i let it run about 30 minutes to se if it would at least get warm.Guess what, not even warm water. If they knew that thier was a problem with the boiler then they should have said something when i checked in. I was very unhappy with my stay.

Staff is friendly and makes a great effort to give a great experience. The rooms are a bit dated but it looks like some type of renovations are on thier way.
One big concern is they've never (not one time out of 5-6 stays over the last year# given me the extra points I've paid for. I have to call every time to get them added.
A couple other issues I've experience: Allowing a group of kids #an entire middle school class) to stay on the Executive Level and only luke warm water during my most recent stay.

This is a dated hotel located in a corporate corridor. That said, it's not a bad place to stay. Several rooms were booked for a business outing. The rooms are dated but appeared clean to the eye, the bed was newer and comfortable. The climate control didn't work too well and kept recycling from hot to cold even when the heat setting was only engaged. It was obviously broken - not a deal breaker but annoying and staff engineer tried to fix but same thing after he left. Bathrooms are ok - functional and clean, but dated. Water pressure good.
Staff very friendly and nice. Restaurant and lobby ok and adequate. Plenty of parking - area is safe. Would stay again but would have to be under the competition price-wise.
