Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Superb!! Welcoming personnel at reception despite our late arrival (10PM). Concierge arranged return courtesy transport to Union Station for 8AM the following morning. Courteous Bellman showed us to our rooms: speedy and friendly room service. A good night's sleep, no time for breakfast in the breakfast room on our floor (9th): very capable driver got us to the station in his clean and comfortable transporter in good time, finding a less-trafficked route. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bed too soft The bed was very comfortable, but it was a little too soft because I woke up w/ backaches. I think If it was a little firmer, my back wouldn't ache. Maybe consider pillow top mattresses & it will give you the best of softness & just enough firmness. Otherwise, my stay was amazing & a thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. The staff was very nice , helpful & professional. I would highly recommend your hotel and I personally will be back! June 5, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Reasonably clean and good price As others have stated, there are a certain number of shortcomings for this property, mainly the difficulty in finding a place to park, the lack of fitness facilities, and the lack of accessible outlets. Aside from this, the rooms are reasonably clean and the price is usually very decent. This hotel happens to be extremely convenient for the business travel I do approximately 8-12 times per year to the area. I find the staff to be friendly and accommodating. One plus is the on site eating options, as well as the convenience store, all there to serve the casino patrons, but nice nonetheless. Overall, a decent stay for the price. June 4, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Best Staff In L.A. I stay here frequently for both work and pleasure and would recommend for either. The staff here is excellent. Ben and Mel at front desk are both professional and helpful and go out of their way to make your stay most accommodating. Their valet is the best you can find. Abbey takes the best of care for you and your car. Even had my window replaced when it had been broken prior to my arrival. April 21, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Business traveler I would not recommend this hotel unless you were staying for the purpose of visiting the casino. The parking is either valet or self park, if you chose to self park be prepared to walk 5 to 7 minutes to your vehicle. The hotel caters to the casino patrons more than the business traveler, which I can understand their need to make money. But as a business traveler I will not stay at this hotel again. March 18, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff, But No Gym On Site The staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, the valet staff were great, but there was not a gym / fitness center on site due to renovations , which was a HUGE disappointment. When I questioned the availability of a fitness center on site I was given a free pass to a local fitness center within a few miles of the hotel. UNFORTUNATELY, it was a run down (broken treadmills and equipment) and dirty gym in a questionable area, so I only used it once. Had I realized that I would be paying for a very lengthy 12 night stay stay in a hotel without a gym on site I would have definitely chosen the nearby Double Tree or even a hotel a bit further away for the convenience of a safe and clean on site fitness center. Fitness centers should be a priority to a hotel that claims to be a "RESORT". January 23, 2013
