I chose the Copenhagen Towers as I was looking for a memorable hotel for our stay in Copenhagen.
The hotel itself is very modern yet felt very welcoming. The views from our room on the 24th floor were superb and the the room was of a very high standard, if you can it's worth booking a room on a high floor.
On our first night we ate in the hotel bar, the beer was good (as it should be in the home of Carlsberg# as was the food.
The staff were very friendly and helpful offering a lot of advice and speaking excellent English #as did every Dane we came across). The transfer from the airport was very convenient and quick, ordering it from the information desk where the hotel's ipad was clearly visible, the minibus picks you up at the diagonal parking bays.
Whilst not centrally located the hotel has excellent links to the city centre via the very close metro station, the trains themselves were very frequent, clean and very convenient.
An excellent hotel that we thoroughly enjoyed staying at - recommended!

Whenever I am back in Copenhagen and need t spend more than a day there, I make a point of staying at the Crowne Plaza. As a Platinum Ambassador it does add an extra few perks, but even without these, the hotel is best in class, and the staff do everything to support that.

Girl at the front desk was extremely helpful in letting us check in early and giving helpful hints in touring Copenhagen. She saved us money by purchasing train tickets at the hotel instead of the station. The food on the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet was displayed superbly and was delicious.

We make a purchase in advance at a very competitive Price for the quality of this hotel.
It is quite new, with ample room, )not easy to find in Europa at a reasonable Price). It is very clean also.
Excelent location, 150mts of subway station and train station, you can reach downtown in less tan 10 minutes, ad can take a train to Malmo.
Also a good shopping center with supermarket and places to eat at 4 minutes.
Scope of stay: vacation in Europe with my wife

Stayed at hotel because of an very early flight out of CPH in the morning. Wife was allowed to come back to hotel and park our car again without further expense. But also right next to S-train station, so very convenient if you have no car (takes about 12 minutes from Copenhagen's central train station). Maybe 3 minute walk from Fields mall.
We ate at the evening buffet, which was really good tasting and varied food. We did not have breakfast. Staff was really nice and helpful.
The only con was the shower - very small glass wall, so water sprayed everywhere in the bathroom.
Were very pleased about the 2 things almost always lacking in hotels - there were nice thick sleep pillows in beds and great water pressure in the shower. Oh and full size hairdryer! Also love the shoe polishing machine in the hallway :-) Would return for sure. It is a little pricey but you feel the value while you are there.

Bed room very comfortable: clean, quiet and well equipped.
Service in the lobby and at the restaurant to be improved: very cold; do not feel at home!
The food at restaurant not top quality (the buffet one) and pretty expensive.
The concierge not reliable in the only service we requested: renting a car at right time of the last day of our stay!

A very modern hotel - one of the greenest in Europe. Would appeal to both the business and tourist traveller equally. I gave it 5 stars across the board but being picky the only minor Cons for me were :
1, If you want to stay in the City this hotel is not for you - it's probably 10 minutes by metro from local station to city centre, but the trains run very frequently
2, The restaurant has a reasonable selection of food but it's not the widest choice I've ever seen. Quality is good.
3, The hotel is built in a green developement area which means there are some minor building works in the surrounding area in progress. The whole development is ongoing and planned to take a further 20 years. It's quite an interesting project which you can read about at the first metro station on the line - the hotel is located close to the second. There are some amazing buildings located in this area and really interesting if you are into building design or design in general.
There are just too many Pros to mention
