I would recommend the Pool hours on the weekends be changed to later. I was awakened at 0530 hrs by Young adults having chicken fights and hooting and laughing and yelling.

After staying in this hotel in the past, I requested a room close to the elevator. I put this request in at least 2 weeks in advance, so it was not a last minute request. When I checked in the desk clerk assured me that the room was close to the elevators. I went to the room and after taking the elevator up the walking down a long hallway and walking down some stairs I finally arrived at my room. I called the desk & told them that I was not happy with the room. Besides being soo far away, the window faced a wall! It was an interior room that was very dark. After 2 calls to the desk I finally just went down to see what the delay was and was told they would change my room but they forgot I was waiting. the next room I was assigned to was even further than the first one!! But after wasting a full hour, I stayed there for the night . The next morning I went back to the desk again. This time I was given another room which was much better! Moving on the bed linen in the rooms is not comfortable. It is stiff and rough and like a waffle. It is heavy and not really warm!!

MY wife and I, along with our daughter and her husband, spent 11/16-18 here. Staff at check-in could not have been more pleasant, courteous, and helpful. Kudos to them. Left Room Service breakfast order on our door for delivery during 8:45-9 time period. Phoned room service at 9:05 to cancel the order as we needed it by 9 latest. Received a rather robotic apology from young lady who answered the phone, giving me the impression that this wasn't the first apology for botched service she had given. At check-out desk clerk did not bother to ask how our stay was or if everything was satisfactory. These issues won't deter us from staying there again, but were disappointing nevertheless.

From the cookie at check-in to the bill under the door check out, it was a good experience. This was one of the few "green" hotels I've stayed in that actually did not change the towels I hung up! If you have trouble walking make sure to request a room near the elevator because it can be a long walk otherwise.

The location would not afford much of a view, but our room looked down into a large meeting room. And the lights were on in the room all night our first night.
The building was not well built to begin with and a good number of things need renewing on top of that.
Staff was relatively accommodating, though there was not much they said they could do about the weird room.

Rather than a window to the outside our room overlooked a mezzanine lobby/meeting area. Besides that the ceiling was low, room worn and shabby. Based upon the reviews this surprised me. Possibly most others had been renovated. However, while the bed was not uncomfortable the bedding was thin.

The staff was great and made me feel at home, the room was/is definitely showing signs of age and in need of repair. This was especially true with the large spakle repair done to the ceiling and the AC that even in the fall had a hard time keeping the room as cool as I preferred.
There was also a convention at the hotel, which took up the spots closer to the checkin so we were forced to park far away and haul our baggage to the lobby.
