We had a very good meal one night. The buffet choice was quite good that included a good selection of fresh salad ingredients, soup, entrees including fish and pot roast, perfectly cooked green beans (nice and crisp) and great choc cake. The price was quite reasonable as well.
I used the pool just about every AM and it was great to get my hour plus swim. The pool was long enough so I wasn't turning after 4-5 strokes like most hotel pools. Also, not crowded at 6 AM when I swam. Water temperature and pool clealiness were excellent.

A nice little oasis in the middle of nowhere. Welcoming lobby, easily locate your room & a decent gym with a redwood sauna (nice perk!). The indoor pool and whirlpool were too "open" for me to use; although relaxing to sit by, i am more of a private person.
The Concierge room is staffed twice a day with continental breakfast items and hors devours and snacks & alcoholic beverages. There is a TV and a computer/printer as well.
The rooms are rather dated, however remarkably clean. The bathroom in the regular room was very small - the door would not open past hitting the toilet halfway. Coffeemaker, fridge, nice desk area & room service.
The food is very good for a Crowne Plaza! Very good indeed! I had breakfast, lunch and dinner here - I was never disappointed.
The business center is basic, however when I could not print a copy of my presentation, the front desk staff was more than happy to help me.
I will be staying here more often.

I would recommend the Pool hours on the weekends be changed to later. I was awakened at 0530 hrs by Young adults having chicken fights and hooting and laughing and yelling.

After staying in this hotel in the past, I requested a room close to the elevator. I put this request in at least 2 weeks in advance, so it was not a last minute request. When I checked in the desk clerk assured me that the room was close to the elevators. I went to the room and after taking the elevator up the walking down a long hallway and walking down some stairs I finally arrived at my room. I called the desk & told them that I was not happy with the room. Besides being soo far away, the window faced a wall! It was an interior room that was very dark. After 2 calls to the desk I finally just went down to see what the delay was and was told they would change my room but they forgot I was waiting. the next room I was assigned to was even further than the first one!! But after wasting a full hour, I stayed there for the night . The next morning I went back to the desk again. This time I was given another room which was much better! Moving on the bed linen in the rooms is not comfortable. It is stiff and rough and like a waffle. It is heavy and not really warm!!

MY wife and I, along with our daughter and her husband, spent 11/16-18 here. Staff at check-in could not have been more pleasant, courteous, and helpful. Kudos to them. Left Room Service breakfast order on our door for delivery during 8:45-9 time period. Phoned room service at 9:05 to cancel the order as we needed it by 9 latest. Received a rather robotic apology from young lady who answered the phone, giving me the impression that this wasn't the first apology for botched service she had given. At check-out desk clerk did not bother to ask how our stay was or if everything was satisfactory. These issues won't deter us from staying there again, but were disappointing nevertheless.

From the cookie at check-in to the bill under the door check out, it was a good experience. This was one of the few "green" hotels I've stayed in that actually did not change the towels I hung up! If you have trouble walking make sure to request a room near the elevator because it can be a long walk otherwise.
