TERRIBLE

Our room was not ready until 4:30pm, an hour and a half AFTER our designated check-in time making us rush to our evening plans. When we returned to our room after dinner and a show our room keys did not work. We went to the lobby and the man at the front desk explained they CHECKED US OUT OF OUR ROOM UNANNOUNCED and REMOVED OUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS. He claimed you all had another room that was an "upgrade", which was false. Even if that had been true the unannounced room change was UNWANTED and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. When we received our luggage that was taken from our initial room some toiletries were missing. When asked to speak with management, management was not available and would not be in until after our check-out time.

Organization of this hotel needs a serious overhaul!

Smelly floors, cold tobacco smell in room. I smelled cold cigarette for all my customer's meetings.
Issues with the TV were never solved, Breakfast is over priced.

The Fridge was noisy!! Our friends A/C in their room leaked onto the carpet!!! The smell in hall after clean-up was pretty bad but after that it smelled as if they sprayed too much of an odor counteractant !! But that was not my room so it did not effect me negatively!! I also will say that Bradley @ the Front Desk
is a real asset to your Company !! He was extemely nice and very helpful!!! He Exemplified Hospitality!!!

Overall it was an OK stay. Attitude of the staff upon check in was awful. It was more I was an inconvenience to some of them. Came into contact with the day front desk staff the 4 days I was there, they seemed to be more pleasant than the night front desk crew. Much better attitude, and very helpful. I will check in before 5PM from now on, If I need to stay here again. Room service food and staff were great! Bar staff, great! Room, VERY HOT! Could not get the air to go down past 78. Upon talking to several other guests in the elevator, they had the same issues.
