We stayed here because we got a very reduced rate through a third party over the Memorial Day weekend. Pictures on the internet made it look more upscale than it really was. Walls were thin and we could hear the couple next door having sex around 11 at night and again the next morning. Sheets felt like they were coated in rubber. Blanket had a hole large enough to easily put your fist through. Bathroom was so small you almost tripped over the toilet to get into the shower.
Business center was convenient and up to date. Parking on the weekend was good, but as soon as businesses opened on Tuesday, drivers zoomed around the parking garage to find a spot. No sentry on duty during the weekend and the gate was always open. However, one needed to use their room key to gain access to the hotel rooms from the garage, so that was reassuring.
Staff was pleasant and helpful. Buffet breakfast was the usual found at IHG hotels. We ate late so it was a little sad.

Wonderful Stay

By

When I arrived the staff treated me like royalty. They took my bags greeted me with kind remarks , asked if they could help with anything. They were very nice. Rooms were clean and neat. The one set back is the elevators were a bit slow. Overall a great experience.

horribel front desk service

Your staff should learn how to greet guests by saying "hello" and "good morning". The first thing that was said when I arrived was "Our rooms are full now if you want to check in". I asked for the wifi and she didn't offer to write it down, I had to ask her - when a guest comes in with bags, how she suppose to find everything to write or remember the password?

Old and outdated

The air conditioning system(s) are outdated. In my room, it was beyond repair so they gave me a fan for all four nights. The bathroom sink was plugged and there was hair on the floor and in the bathtub upon arrival.

The hotel is in a questionable neighborhood where most would feel uncomfortable walking alone.
