Can not say enough awesome things about this hotel!

My daughter and I went to Dallas over the Thanksgiving weekend to attend a concert. To say we had one misfortune even after another is an understatment. My daughter's wallet was stolen on the streets of downtown Dallas - NOT THE HOTEL and both of our bank accounts were drained, my daughter got food poisoning at a local restaurant - NOT THE HOTEL and was taken to the Emergency Room. My daughter's ID was also in her wallet so she had no way of identification for our flight back.

The staff at this hotel was more than accomodating. They saved our lives. Not kidding.

Sam, Corbin and Caylynn - Shuttle service. These three individuals did not stop running us around to urgent care clinics, hospitals, banks, etc... Never complaining and always with a smile.

Jessie #Jesus# - VIP / Parking - He is an angel. I have never met anyone / stranger with a bigger heart. He made sure we were okay and even bought us some items when we didnt have any money. Without asking. Just professional and kind.

Aaron - Front desk - Aaron was there when we arrived and was there when we checked out. The entire three days he continually was checking on us. He made everything possible for us to be able to obtain ID, travel arrangements, etc...

Enrique - Bartender - we arrived on Thanksgiving day. There was nothing open. He kept the bar open for us for hours and fed us delicious sandwiches.

Even after all of our misfortunes, my daughter and I have to say that the trip was still amazing because of the staff at Crowne Plaza Dallas Downtown. I will never stay anywhere else. We consider these people our family.

I will always be in debt to this staff.

Once again the Crown comes through with impeccable service and comfort at an affordable price and value. Simply cannot beat the spacious beautiful rooms here, and the attentive service. Always a pleasure to stay in such a peaceful retreat.

Nice but staff was overwhelmed

I stayed at this hotel as part of a group for a very large event. The hotel and staff seemed to be completely overwhelmed by the size of the event and the number of people arriving at once. Check-in was a disorganized mess with a very long wait. I wasn't able to check into my room until after 4pm and the desk staff seemed overwhelmed and unsympathetic.

Breakfast the next morning was a similar story. They just weren't equipped to handle the crowd of people who showed up for breakfast. There were no coffee cups, no silverware, no juice, no napkins. The second day I went down later and the situation was slightly better but not much. The service is probably fine on a normal weekend but it fell apart completely when they had a large crowd to deal with.

Great location, wonderful stay

I really enjoyed the Crowne Plaza in Downtown Dallas while staying in Dallas for business. The customer service I experienced was incredible with every interaction that I had over my stay. I really enjoyed the view of downtown from my room as well a proximity to things to do and local restaurants. I will certainly look to stay at the Crowne Plaza next time I am in Dallas.
