We had an enjoyable stay here. We stayed there two nights in November which was very cold. The only thing is that their heaters need to be turned on by a maintenance person. On the bright side we had the guy at our door within five minutes from calling the front office. At checkout the person on duty didn't know I had paid my deposit with cash. I had to tell him and he had to call the person that had checked me in to verify. Thank God the guy remembered and I got my deposit back. That made me a little nervous but thed didn't give me a hard time. I would stay again but I'd make sure I'd get something in writing when I check in (receipt is not enough because it doesn't specify what was paid with cash and/or credit).

My family and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Dallas - Market Center at a time when Dallas was going through tough weather and a busy weekend.
The hotel has old school charm which I love...!!! The staff was super friendly and willing to assist in any situation that arose during our stay.
It is in a great location, at least for the activities my family and I were in town for.
A personal bonus for me was the heated pool...cold for native Texas..but just right for this Seattle implant...lol
There was a plumbing issue in my room and the staff was quick to assist us to our new room and the manager was on top of the situation as well.
I was impressed beyond belief at the level of customer service I received and I think that speaks volumes coming from someone in the customer service industry.
I would totally stay there again.

I was charged on my personal credit card instead of my CLC card...This is why I don't care for having to produce a credit card for "incidentals".....The breakfast should be included not 15.to 20.dollars....dumbells in the weight room is a plus but no hot tub and cold pool during winter...almost perfect...so close..but so far...

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! The air didn't work even after being told twice that it had been fixed! Rude staff, and the cab that the concierge called for us (hotel recommended) made two of five passengers car sick! The beds were as hard a a rock, no recognition for being a gold member.... Not sure that there is anything about this hotel that was good... Even the carpeted floor were wet when we arrived. Horrible hotel!!! Avoid this at all cost; it's a total waste of money!!!!!

we were disappointed with the general upkeep of the hotel.
everything is tired. The bed and linens were fine but the heating and air conditioning did not work.

room was clean and nice, but when we checked in there was a loud noise, which lasted our entire stay and in the middle of the night. it sounded like a vacuum or something going on in the next room. needless to say I didn't get any sleep. and probably wont be staying here again. I told one of the people working at the front desk upon checking out and they didn't to much of anything except say sorry and said they'd make a note of it so someone could check it out. but for $150+ for one night, I wont be staying again. especially when no one make the effort to do anything to help. there are plenty of better hotels that are literally right across the street!!!

We stayed 2 nights for an event being held at the hotel. I had to ask 4 times for a refrigerator to be brought to my room, 4th time was a charm. There were not enough employees working the breakfast shift in the restaurant. We ate 3 meals at the restaurant and a meal for the event we attended. The food at all meals was very good! We used the shuttle service and were told to call when ready to be picked up by both the person at the front desk and the person dropping us off, no mention of scheduling a time for pickup. When we called to be picked up we were told it would be an hour and a half before there would be someone available to pick us up and I was told we should have scheduled a pick up time. My way of thinking is that the time to mention scheduling a time for pick up is when we arranged for the shuttle to take us in the first place.
There was a large group with a late check out on the 2nd day we were there so I would have thought the cleaning staff would clean the rooms available to clean but they did not go to clean our room until 3pm when we were trying to get ready for the event we were attending. Here again, it may be a lack of enough staff.
Overall, would not stay there again but would go for a meal, if I was not in a hurry.
