We stayed 2 nights for an event being held at the hotel. I had to ask 4 times for a refrigerator to be brought to my room, 4th time was a charm. There were not enough employees working the breakfast shift in the restaurant. We ate 3 meals at the restaurant and a meal for the event we attended. The food at all meals was very good! We used the shuttle service and were told to call when ready to be picked up by both the person at the front desk and the person dropping us off, no mention of scheduling a time for pickup. When we called to be picked up we were told it would be an hour and a half before there would be someone available to pick us up and I was told we should have scheduled a pick up time. My way of thinking is that the time to mention scheduling a time for pick up is when we arranged for the shuttle to take us in the first place.
There was a large group with a late check out on the 2nd day we were there so I would have thought the cleaning staff would clean the rooms available to clean but they did not go to clean our room until 3pm when we were trying to get ready for the event we were attending. Here again, it may be a lack of enough staff.
Overall, would not stay there again but would go for a meal, if I was not in a hurry.

Overall my stay was pretty good. The rooms were nice and the bed was comfortable. However, the meeting rooms were cold, not sure if the heat was working. The staff was pleasant and attentive to all who attended our conference. Would stay here again.

the price was right if you prefer mildew pillow & sheets. After I called to make the hotel aware at 8:30 am and returned at 6:00 pm the room was still unclean and never did I receive an explanation for the sheets and pillow. They moved me to another room and the hot water didn't work... 3rd room I moved to the AC didn't work! Halls were Hot and smelled musty! Front desk service was 6 on scale 1-10 with 10 being the highest! Very disappointed!
I am still waiting to be compensated for @ least one night on my CC after I asked!

I was very happy with my room and staff was Great! Would most definenity recommend to anyone. Only complaint was they removed the Spa for some reason.

The stay was good; the hotel is fine and all that. I just wanted to put in 2 suggestions from my side for a better guest experience:
1. During check-out, an email with the hotel folio bill should be sent automatically. I mean, this should be built-in in the process itself and not something which the guest would have to call and ask. (Other hotels chains like Mariott, for example does that)
2. As a IHG member of certain level (I think it is Gold and Plat), during check-in, I got 2 coupon-coins worth $10 which can be played in the bar and restaurant against food and drinks. I hereby suggest that the guest be given an option during check-in - these coupons of $10 OR IHG points of 1000 (or 700 or 500).

Wanted to let you know what great service I had at your hotel! When I got in, I needed several questions answered, and you guys at the desk were GREAT! My room was just where and what I requested, and everything was perfect! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through or any group that is in need of a meeting place!

I have stayed in this property several times. I like the hotel and location. The staff has always been excellent. This stay however one of the desk clerks was very rude. I asked him for his managers name and he became agitated with me. I will go back again and hopefully it was just a bad day for him.

I was attending an event for special needs kids near the hotel and I was traveling with 2 of my children so I called the hotel and asked if someone could reserve a parking space near the hotel entrance. When I arrived to my surprise I discovered that the staff did indeed have a handicapped space reserved right next to the door. The lady working security (Velma) was so kind that she escorted my kids and I to the front desk to check in and then to our room. The gentleman at the front desk (George) was very friendly and when we got to our room it was very clean. We ate breakfast in the morning and the restaurant was beautiful and the food was delicious. Ricky was very friendly and helpful and ensured that we were well taken care of. I was checked out by (Brenda) and she also was very friendly and courteous. Wonderful hotel and I would absolutely recommend anyone coming to Dallas to stay there!

I had a great sleep on the bed and the service was great at the front desk the only issue I have is the AC It seems not to put out enough air and with the hot weather in Dallas it need to be colder.

If using the shuttle, call as soon as you exit your flight. Dining menu is limited and disappointing. Would have been useful to have a microwave and mini refrigerator in the suite. Gym is clean, yet very small. Never found the Jacuzzi as listed in the brochure.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Dallas Market Center location. The restaurant and bar staff were very nice and attentive, we only wished we could get coffee at 5:00 am since we had appointments early. I know they used to have coffee service in the rooms and a small dorm sized refrigerator, but did not this time. I neglected to ask so it may be by request, be sure to ask if you are an early bird too.
I found some maintenance issues with the bathroom, but it appears the remodel did not incorporate all the bathroom issues leaving pipes exposed. Just unsightly, not a problem.
No matter what the time of day you ran into them all of the housekeeping staff were extremely courteous, always had a smile, let you go first on the elevator, and had a kind word for you. Front desk personnel were equally attentive. We will definitely be back.

I still enjoy the room and the bedding is comfortable. The AC unit didn't work well it was either blowing cold air or I had to turn it off. Nothing in between. I just had stayed there two weeks ago and things were great and the staff was very helpful as they had been in the past. This time I made the shuttle reservation the morning I was going to check in as I always do and was told they don't usually do that over the phone. Interesting, as they have been doing it for the last two years I have been staying there. Then when I checked in they told me I was no longer getting the Free drink chips for the IHG members. New Management had said they are for Gold and Platinum members only. Not having the drink chips made me go for a drive and eat dinner somewhere else not at the hotel restaurant as I normally do. BTW the last time I came into Dallas Love Airport it took 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up. So I guess I'll start checking for a new place around the area to stay. It isn't a bad Hotel it is just starting to lose it's Perks which allows me to look elsewhere. If nothing else turns up I would stay again.

nice ambience, comfortable bar and lounge, efficient elevators but issues in room. toilet flush wouldn't stop and we had to call maintenance (who fixed the problem quickly). However when the air conditioning switched off there was a noise like a helicopter hovering presumably from the fan in the system running loose. during the day this wasn't a problem but, at night when all was quiet, it was quite intrusive. we did report it to reception after our stay so hopefully it has now been fixed. very nice brekky with omelette station and friendly staff. front desk also most amenable and helpful in dealing with problems. overall we enjoyed our stay

Ive stayed here many times and they have the worst air conditioners ever. They have one of those whole property a/cs that never cool your room. The owner is just too cheap to upgrade, he's had many complaints and people, including me have left. Nice place when its cool outside but its Dallas and that is not often. This place is real nice and if you like being warm when you sleep, this is your place. 75 degrees is the coldest the rooms go most of the time. The work out room could use some upgrading too.

I would not pay full price for the room, it was decent, but the wallpaper was starting to peel off the walls and it took the A/C a long time to cool the room. (We had just had a cool front come in so the ambient temp is not the reason). The room decor could use a bit of updating.
Verify what type of room you are getting-they gave us a double instead of a King.
There is no longer a jacuzzi at the hotel-main reason for staying at this particular hotel.
The room was nice and dark for sleeping.
The room was very quiet.
The room and bathroom were clean.
Pool was closed, but was pristine.

Check in is always easy. Being a priority Club member gets me a couple drinks tokens in the evening. The staff are always very helpful and the rooms and beds are very comfortable and clean. I usually take morning flights. I stay the night before and park for as long I am gone and they pick me up at the airport and I return home the day I arrive.

The staff was friendly and kind. The tokens for PC members is clever. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. My main critique is that the decor is a bit dated and could use some freshening.

I stayed at this hotel during the Labor Day weekend. It was the first time I had visited a Crowne Plaza and I am impressed. The staff, even BEFORE check in were more than helpful as I called while en route to Dallas. Upon arrival, again more than helpful, pleasant and made me feel that my stay at their hotel was truly appreciated. The room was clean, bed was quite comfortable and atmosphere was quiet. Thanks for a great few days off from my job as you did your job exceptionally well!!

Used this hotel to celebrate my 20th anniversary! Yep 20. That being said, I really wanted a wonderful experience and I got it! Aside from it showing a little age here and there, the place is really comfortable with great furniture and you can tell the building is maintained. Great location too, as it is close to the airport, but far enough away not to hear planes flying all night. Thanks again for being a part of our anniversary!

The staff was polite and helpful upon check-in ..Got to rm it was small ,beds were hard, pillows were awesome,but the sheets on 1 of the beds was stained w blood and something black...Day 2 about 75 bikers checked in so it became loud and the hotel closed the pool for them I didn't appreciate. then I was called in the afternoon and was told they couldn't shuttle us when we had scheduled the day of check-in...therefor I was unhappy....they did comp.1 nite stay...so therefor I was alittle happier....

We were with our grandson leaving out for the military. We checked in on Sunday afternoon. The customer service was great. That evening I called front desk about the air conditioner in our room. It just constantly kept running even after we turned the temp up. They had someone come check it out within minutes. We were very impressed with how fast they responded. The ladies in the bar were very friendly. The inside pool area and hot tub very nice. Also had a nice fitness room. It was very quite we never heard anything. The main lobby had a lot of sitting areas and several TV's. A bowl of apples were set out on the front counter for anyone that wanted one.

This hotel is going through a renovation but the room and service we received in our 10 day stay was absolutely wonderful. Our trip to Dallas was already a hectic one but Juan, Betty, roselle and the rest of the crew made it awesome. We will definitely make it back when in Dallas.

Every time I come to Dallas I cringe because I am from a small town. But when I walk in the Crowne Plaza I feel comfortable and at home. Not only is the place nice, clean and happy atmosphere but they are generous enough to give me a discount for my daughter since she goes to the Scottish Rites Hospital and this helps me out beyond belief. Thank you for always having a smile when I walk thru the doors and the discount!
