Virtually everything was very good or excellent. I thought the elevator and common areas badly needed an upgrade. Looks 1980s. and dingy. New, less gaudy carpeting badly needed

No alternative for Down Feather Allergies

We began in the reservation process requesting NO down feathers in our room. We confirmed 2 times the day of our stay by calling and visiting the front desk ensuring NO down feathers. When we arrived to our room, there were no less than 4 down feather pillows. It took over an hour to correct the situation. The Desk Staff was unsympathetic, and rude during the process.
