Comfortable bed, bad heating and cooling system

I have been a repeat customer at this hotel and have had good experience in all my previous visits. My last visit was not a comfortable one due to the bad heating and cooling system. This hotel has no good fitness equipment and I really missed the fitness room. The staff at the hotel was very courteous and made my stay really comfortable. Restuarant had good breakfast buffet and chef on duty. Restaurant staff was outstanding and the service was superb.
Overall except for room heating and cooling system fiasco I loved this place and will visit again as it is conveniently located close to the airport and easy access to highways and downtown Dallas.

Disappointing stay

Although the Plaza was presented to us as a five star hotel, room service was inadequate and cleanliness of the room was disappointing.

VERY NICE ROOM WITH COMFORTABLE BEDS AND PILLOWS. THE MAINTANENCE MAN HAD TO ADJUST HEAT FOR IT TO WORK PROPERLY BUT THEN IT WAS FINE. I WAS DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE THERE WAS NO MICROWAVE OR REFRIGERATOR.
MY HUSBAND HAD SURGERY AT CLEMENTS HOSPITAL AND THAT IS THE REASON FOR MY STAY. ON THE DAY OF SURGERY I WAS VERY LATE LEAVING THE HOSPITAL AND THE SHUTTLE HAD ALREADY STOPPED RUNNING. BUT THE MANAGER ON DUTY TOLD ME TO TAKE A CAB BACK AND THE HOTEL WOULD PAY FOR IT. THAT WAS VERY NICE AND I SURELY DID APPRECIATE THE GESTURE.
